Perfect location right in the heart of Pontcanna. There are cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Easy walk into Cardiff centre. Apartment had everything we needed.

No parking but we did find spaces on the road nearby.

Both bedrooms lovely Lounge nice but would be tight for 6 people Location good for what we wanted Good for bars, cafes, shops in easy walking distance Nice part of Cardiff Issues I identified can be very easily rectified

Sofa bed too uncomfortable to sleep on - slept on the cushions on the floor When the sofa bed is pulled out, it’s very difficult to get from the bedroom, across the lounge. Virtually impossible to navigate in the dark ( need to cross the lounge from the bedroom to get to toilet or kitchen) Kitchen floor dirty - hadn’t been mopped in a while Garden is an eyesore - not maintained, over run with weeds, bins full, rubbish in bags next to the bin.
