Small but friendly and accomodating team at the hotel.

I liked the outside of the hotel with the well kept grass areas and car park. When checking in, very quick process. Ticked my name and straight to giving me the room key with clear directions to the room. Clean room, very convinient fire door in the room which led to outside in the room I was in. Loved the biscuits left out, quality shower and amenities such as hair and body wash. Plug sockets by the bed. Warm room. Breakfast had a good choice of items, staff knew my room number without needing to ask me. Easy to be seated and start breakfast with a delicious full English. Check out was easy, handed key back and all sorted.

More of a personal preference but additional pillows could be provided and bed was slightly lumpy. But this is all preference and I am sure if I asked for pillows I could have got them. Just look up at all the great qualities of this location.

Warm welcoming host of a fantastic, clean and very high standard country style hotel

We checked in in the dark around 8pm but we knew as soon as we turned into the drive way it was going to be lovely. Was greeted with an upgrade to a double from a single which was fantastic after a 15 hour day. Lovely gentleman on the front desk, very helpful. Full breakfast included too and when it was daylight the morning after the gardens looked stunning. Really enjoyed my 1 nights stay

This is a little gem of a hotel. Staff are always happy and friendly, which shows the managers/owners value them as well as the guests. Restaurant food is excellent. Recommended.

The breakfast was spot on. The service was fabulous. The location was stunning. Price was ok. Cleanliness was excellent.

Best hotel we have stayed in, ever!

We would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome.to Manor Parc. We were expressed by the whole experience. Top marks for everything. We will be back in the Summer. Also, the food was delicious 😋 We have stayed in many hotels, this is the best one.

Perfect

The manager was exceptionally helpful and even got me an early breakfast before the kitchens opened. The atmosphere was very friendly like home from home, I felt very comfortable even though I was travelling alone. Nothing was too much trouble, they even found a spare phone charger for me. I will be staying again.

My room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were lovely . The food was exceptional.

A late check out change from 11 to noon would be an extra 25Gbp . Excessive in my opinion as it was 80 for the stay including breakfast.

Lovely country hotel with easy access to centre of Cardiff

I chose the hotel as it offered a very favourable rate for a single room. With breakfast and, although it was some distance from the centre of Cardiff it was very close to bus route. The bus travel worked very well and cost just £2.50 each way and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. Lovely setting, well maintained, clean, well appointed room and a hearty breakfast in a lively dining room overlooking the gardens. Very pleasant staff also.

No complaints, except perhaps that another, or thicker, pillow would have been nice. However, I'm sure I could have had this if I'd asked.
