Great location, very friendly staff, great breakfast and fantastic value for money

Nothing I didn’t like

Very very comfortable bed, we had the best night sleep, good quality bedding. Really quiet too, the black out curtains definitely work. Had a really refreshing shower. Good location. Food was nice, we had an evening meal, the drinks were a little expensive. Breakfast was ok, kept us going for the day. Staff were friendly. Everywhere seemed clean. The reception area, bar and eating areas are lovely, very clean and modern.

Outside needs some cleaning up, we took the dog a walk round and there was alot of rubbish laying around. We understand that it's being renovated so hopefully they will clean up outside too. We had just been away for a week with our dog, it only cost us £25 for her for the whole week so I was very shocked to have to pay £30 on top of the room rate for her for 1 night, I wasn't aware of the cost at the time of booking. There wasn't really anywhere to walk her safely, we only stayed for 1 night though so we managed.

Great and surprisingly quiet location and a nice spacious feel to the amenities. My queen size room very comfortable with new bathroom fittings. Good healthy choices for breakfast and helpful staff

The lift was out of action unfortunately and the stairwell was not the cleanest. The Grab and Go cabinet was out of action in the evening so a ton of water from the bar for £3 was a bit steep.
