They offer kitchen facilities but the appartment doesn’t have any pot just a pan really dirty as they don’t have clean kit I requested but never arrived

Really great central location very spacious and clean and easy access

Very hot when we arrived, but in fairness, it was an unusual heat wave

The apartment was lovely perfect for a couple visiting the city.

The apartment was extremely hot, the extractor fans didn't really help. If you are going to stay take a fan to help cool the rooms

the location was superb!! nice touch with the complimentary water bottles and ice lollies.

Disappointing stay. The apartment was suffocatingly hot with no ventilation, and the loud fan they provided was a bit pointless given how loud it was. We had to keep our door open just to breathe. Worse than the heat was the cleanliness, or lack thereof. I had to personally wipe down the stained walls and doors. The bathroom floors were dirty, the stovetop was unwashed, the kettle was full of limescale, and the drinking glasses literally had someone else's lipstick on them. Even the window mesh was caked in thick dust. I didnt pack my own hairdryer, expecting one to be there (as listed on the property page) but there was no sign of one when we got there, we didnt bother asking for one (we shouldnt have to). Definitely needs a deep clean and better management.
