Extortionate surge pricing for rugby for a very average hotel.

Lovely staff and great location for rugby stadium . Great shower . Good size room.

It was very overpriced for the facilities. The room was adequate, the breakfast was adequate, no view or natural light as windows frosted over as looked into an internal courtyard . Bed linen was very scratchy and solid.

A great stay thanks Hotel Indigo Cardiff!

Staff were lovely & always ready to assist. Room was clean, comfortable & plenty of room for the 2 of us. Rooms were equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridge with a couple of small bottles of complimentary water, safe, iron & hairdryer. Location was great also, in walking distance of Cardiff Central train station & all of the restaurants, bars & shops.

Well spaced plenty of room

Needs a little more attention to repairs to decoration with the rooms, lots of marks on walls which let it down but would not put me off from staying again

Everything was fantastic!

Hotel has a lot of charm and individual design. Feels like a boutique hotel. We had a complimentary upgrade which was perfect because we were celebrating our anniversary! Small gym was great for getting in a quick workout. Loved how spacious the room and bathroom were.

There are some lively characters around Queen St in Cardiff, if you’re a local you’ll already know that. There’s some informal “busking” that happens until strange hours of the night but this didn’t bother us.

location is very convenient if you do not have a car I liked the individually themed room as it gave the hotel a nice subtle touch of personalisation staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Fantastic stay

Situated perfectly for Cardiff city centre. Lovely hotel with good size rooms. Rooms clean and very comfortable - Outstanding breakfast good variety and even had some gluten free available. Very nice friendly but very professional staff too,

Interesting friendly and very central hotel.

Very central location. Really helpful friendly reception staff. Interesting and comfortable decor in room. Nice tea and biscuits in room.

The room information said we would be able to mirror our phone on the TV to stream an programme. We spent a long time trying to work it out, but the next morning the staff told us it wasn’t working because they were waiting for an upgrade.

Brilliant central location with discreet entrance, lovely welcoming friendly staff, lovely room, very quiet, well lit ( this is important to me ) fridge an unexpected bonus, bathroom lovely as were the toiletries. Had a nice coffee in the bar and breakfast was superb.

Best chain hotel in Cardiff.

We visit Cardiff regularly and this is by far, our favourite hotel. The reception team are always warm and welcoming, the hotel is comfortable and very quiet at night, despite being in the middle of town and breakfast (when we have it) is always well cooked and served by helpful and efficient people.

Clean and modern, central location

So noisy we didn’t get any sleep until 4am. We went with friends and they paid £19 less than us, they got breakfast included and they were in a quiet part of the hotel, because they BOOKED DIRECT!!

Great location and a lovely vibe

Location is great and the staff are very friendly. Has a quirky design concept which makes it feel less ‘run of the mill’ hotel chain.

The bed was very soft and breakfast was a bit chaotic. That being said the restaurant staff were working very hard to try and maintain order and keep the service flowing.
