My stay was nice, clean, welcoming and beautiful. I would recommend this location to others.

I like the rooms. They were very clean and spacious. Also the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view of the Cardiff Wharf was also great.

I didn't like the breakfast. The eggs were too basic and didn't have flavour and the pastries were quite stale. Overall it could be better.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. This was the case in all areas of hotel not just reception. Breakfast was good quality. Very clean hotel.

Fantastic place to stay near Mermaids Quay, Cardiff Bay

Great location 10 mins walk to Mermaid Quay where all the restaurants are. Good secure parking onsite. Lovely comfortable bedroom & shower . Enjoyed the breakfast , good selection. We stayed here as we were seeing a concert at the Millennium Theatre. Very easy to get to theatre from here. Highly recommend this place

Friendly staff, great room with excellent facilities and a well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed

Breakfast was tasty, maybe a little limited on the range of hot food but overall an excellent selection but seating was limited and there were long ques for the single coffee machine and toaster. Would really benefit for at least one more of each.

The location, view, comfortable bed. Excellent self-serve breakfast.

Limited parking, had to park offsite. Room 205:TV in sitting area was not tuned in, unable to watch. Interior light in wardrobe did not turn off and was on during the night. Wall light in lounge, did not work and would have been useful. Milk bottle drawer in fridge was broken.

Lovely suite room, however lack of parking spaces let it down

Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Breakfast was very tasty. Facilities in the room were excellent

Staff at reception desk on arrival wasn't very helpful Parking was awful. No spaces and told to park on the road and pay extra. Arrived at 3:40 and told everyone else in the whole hotel had already booked in before us and taken the spaces. All in 45 minutes apparently

Light and cheerful. Great staff. Good breakfast although the hot goods even early on, were cold but otherwise, a good choice. Really good facilities in the suites Close to town.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The bedroom was looking very tired and a bit battered.

Didn’t like the two single beds pushed together to form a double bed kept waking up falling in between wasn’t a good sleep but that was the only fault

Immaculate hotel with secure parking.

Immaculate hotel with secure parking (£10 per night) and within walking distance of the town centre. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It has a 1-hour social with snacks and drinks each evening and 20 miles from the Bridgend McArthur Glen shopping outlet centre (our fave). The staff are also so friendly and helpful. A small gym but adequate for a short stopover. There is a ‘one stop’ shop next door for any essentials and as each room is a suite you could easily cook food if you wanted. Breakfast is nice and topped up throughout the morning.

Very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Self serve layout was ideal and location was fab.

Don’t think it was worth amount for 1 night, however when comparing to other places it was cheaper and a more luxurious stay.

Good location. Nice clean room, warm, comfy bed, a good size and everything we needed. Kitchen was great to have.

Only downside was the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order so only instant was available.

Breakfast was as expected from a buffet service. Location of the apartments was great, close to both the city centre and the Bay Area.

The area the apartments are located in isn’t great, with the local area a little run down - however this is not the fault of the apartments

Amazing facility. From check in and ensuring my husband's mobility needs in the event of an emergency were discussed and would be met to being given a more spacious suite to 'give us more room'. The evening 'get together' included in the price was a bonus, breakfast was plentifull and filling.

The friendly and welcoming staff, the blending of a hotel with a more homely and unstructured feel, thanks to the kitchen units and the suites that accommodate 3 with a separate bedroom area and sofa bed in the living area, the ability to help yourself to hot drinks in the downstairs dining/lounge space, the one stop shop and water nearby, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but not far. Good breakfast choices too.

The breakfast was just perfect good choice of various options and location perfect the suite very clean and as it was around 30c heat in the day the suite was air conditioned so lovely and cool perfect for sleeping. Staff were friendly

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel and room were very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the website. We had a lovely overnight stay with beautiful water views. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. We’ll definitely come back again!
