Great looking hotel. Not functional with poor service. Park Plaza much better.
Room layout was not very good as no internal windows in the lounge as as there were no nets curtains in the bedroom we had to keep curtains closed as an office block opposite, felt like a mole the entire time we were there. Bar and restaurant food good but staff and service was very poor. Had to wait 2 hours for them to clean away food from table even though the bar was empty. Restaurant food was exellent but again service was very poor. Ordered an £90 bottle of wine which was not poured and no water ofered. Service was very waetherspoons.
No provacy from office block opposite in the bedroom and no windows in the lounge and had to keep all of the main lights on. Service in the bar and restaurant was very very poor, but the food was excellent.

Nice but not transparent on spa use
Good location and nice modern rooms
The use of the spa at an additional cost of £32 is not acceptable.. this should have been made clear at the time of booking.. park plaza and Hilton spa use is inclusive.. I would not have booked this hotel had I known in advance

Cold rooms but good steak!
The fact that I met Robert plant at the hotel Good steak Good bread and butter pudding.
HVAC system never warms the room in all hotels. The room was cold.

Beautiful lovely hotel, great staff thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The lift was not working and the parking is expensive as the hotel does do parking you need to park in the local parking areas which was £60 for 24 hrs.
