The room was situation on the second floor which meant it was easily accessible for both my friend and I, We stayed the night before a concert in which we felt we were well rested and in a secure area of the city. All the staff we spoke to were very polite and helped us with any enquires we had at reception. Although we had booked a budget room it still fulfilled the needs we had for our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a break in the city due to it being in the city centre and close to all the shops.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Great hotel in fabulous location in yhe centre of Cardiff

Location was good, right in middle of city.
Beds were comfortable.
The building looked run down, outside dirty and needed cleaning.
Bedroom was large but floor fely sticky to walk on.
