The location was amazing.
The room was absolutely freezing. Even with the heating on. Had to sleep in dressing gown. Did mention this in the morning and was just told sorry . Didn’t get any sleep to be honest.

Great location for the city centre.
The location is perfect for the city centre shopping and activities. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Abrar on reception, whose knowledge of Cardiff, helped us enjoy our stay.
