The breakfast was amazing (made to order full Welsh vegetarian option was phenomenal). We forgot to specifically request a bathtub, and the front desk attendant Joshua was able to switch our room without fuss. Fantastic customer service, cozy hotel in a great location. No complaints here.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. Our room, featuring a four-poster bed, was spacious and full of traditional charm, with a beautiful bay window that filled the space with natural light—we were really pleased.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. At breakfast the following day, the young staff members provided prompt service, ensuring we weren’t kept waiting. The breakfast offered a great selection from the menu, with freshly cooked options that were lovely to see. The cereal and juice bar was also well stocked, providing plenty of choice.
There wasn’t any real negatives. It was only a one-night stay for us this time, but everything was excellent. The addition of off-road parking was a real bonus.

The hotel was exceptionally located to be able to get into the centre of Cardiff and go to the rugby (big bonus that Wales beat Italy). The room, with a four poster bed, was extremely comfortable and the full Welsh breakfast was amazing.
All the staff were warm, welcoming and polite and made us feel welcome on arrival.
I would highly recommend the Lincoln House Hotel to anyone for both pleasure and business.
Wish we could have stay longer ;(
