The Scottish receptionist was so friendly and helpful.

Location was good, about a 10 minute walk to the centre.
Water stains on ceiling, couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room, not enough toilet paper.
Expensive for what it was. Parking and breakfast were extra costs on what was already quite a pricey room rate.

Breakfast was excellent.
The rooms are a little tired, shower in a bath is old. The Steam room wasn't working.
It was expensive due to an event going on in Cardiff, overpriced.

Clean, quite nice staff.
We booked a family room for 4. The second bed was a sofa bed and was very small and uncomfortable. It would only be suitable for a small child not a 12 and 10 year old as we needed it to be.
