Electrical fault with bathroom Alarm in the room went off at 4am 6am and 7am
The electric problem was dealt with but the managers attitude towards us was very negative. She told us that the alarm was planned and all rooms alarms had gone off. Which was not true. Another member of staff changed our room for us as we didn’t want to risk another broken nights sleep. The manger had said that the hotel was full yet another member of staff found a room for us after an hours wait. Which we were very grateful for. Had it not been for her attitude it would have been a perfect three days despite the rain

I got 12th floor bedroom and it’s very comfortable and clean.

Bar and Restaurant area aesthetically great.
Bathroom near bar unclean. TV didn’t work and no spare bedding. Other customers were inconsiderate late at night. Change of name was confusing. I understood breakfast was included but was charged additional fee.
