Easy overnight stay.

Ok for one night stay

Very clean and well located for parking.

Lack of staff on site on arrival & unable to raise them through the number left on reception, constant loud creaking noise during the night meant no sleep. Shower not powerful enough for the price of room per night.

The property itself felt so secluded, even though in a busy marina. It was brilliantly thought out - we will be back

Interesting location great value.

Very interesting location, quiet apart from the odd boat accessing the fuel pontoon to the rear(stern?) of the unit, not an issue. out of season, not sure how nearby Goose on the Loose would impact in high season. Very good facilities, even in January we sat having a coffee on the deck outside the unit. Very good value given location. Windy, so gentle slope, well lit tarmac path up to the headland to get to the excellent Pilot pub, advise booking a table, (turn right on the road leaving the unit the start is just after the next round about).

It was so peaceful, very comfortable and restful.

The balcony was a lovely touch. The room was clean, tidy, with all that need generally. The bathroom was a good size with a fab mirror, light feature.

the room was exactly as pictured, the bathroom had amazing lighting (LED mirror), great for getting ready and we were lucky to be greeted by swans that swam right up to our balcony, it was really an amazing experience!

the shower was slightly cold when we returned from our evening meal whereas it was hot before we left

What a fabulous location staying in a pod nestled in the marina, amongst the yachts. It was so good, we stayed an xtra night. Nice sunny days in December. I will definitely be back.

A unique and wonderful place to stay in a perfect location.

The pod is in a perfect location in the marina, it was beautifully decorated throughout. It’s was great to have a small fridge and teas / coffees for the morning. The bathroom was so much bigger than we anticipated. A perfect stay! The staff were SO accommodating and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed.

This is not a hotel, but serviced pods that float on the water in the marina. No breakfast facility on site. POD was cold during the night , no hot water for shower, shower head was broken. Would not recommend to anyone,, over priced.

It's weird that it's listed on booking, I imagine it is mostly for sailors having to stay in Penarth

Great location, the lady that checked me in was super professional and nice.

The room can be opened from the outside, too easily accessible. It was super cold, electric heating had to take 2-3 hours until the room started getting warmer. I was very late for check out (3-4 hours), which sometimes happens. I was in a rush, cab was waiting, but the receptionist in the lobby was on the phone, he kept me waiting, took his time, was visibly angry, and not very polite. Mate, I know I need to pay late checkout fee, you do not need to assess your "dominance" by keeping me waiting.

Lovely unusual stay

The pod was comfortable and within a beautiful environment floating on the marina. Also loved the bathroom and the superking bed.

The only improvement that could be made is to add voile/net at the large window so the main curtain can be open for light.

For me I think it would be noisy in the summer, but that’s a personal opinion, it probably wouldn’t bother a lot of people. Also no food on site, but didn’t bother me there are plenty of places around Penarth and cardiff

Exceptional for comfort and location.

These rooms are exceptional, well equipped, excellent supply teas and coffee, very clean and comfortable, controlable heating, amazing shower room, met all our needs and more. Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk to nearest superstore, cash point and eateries. Faultless. Highly recommend.

Floating stay was one of our favorites during our European trip!

Funky location on the water, beautifully appointed rooms, great spacious bathroom, well designed, terrific balcony, Goose on the Loose restaurant was a stone's throw away and was fabulous, wonderful stay!

Floating peaceful water stay were we relaxed and unwound

The floating room, loved the fact it was on the water and it was very quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean and the location was great. Close to a Tesco and a 15 min walk to the train station. Very enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back
