The sheer quality of effort put into maintaining the property as well as, the facilities like the toilet being clean. Toiletries and body lotion were provided as well as laundry access. Absolutely amazing!!!
Checking into the property was a nightmare because I have not checked in like this before in my life…also the customer service contact was automated and was discomforting..

Paid £67 for one night and was great value for that time of year. Room was clean. Shower and toilets were alright.
The room was very cold, tried turning the radiator on but it didn't seem to work. Shower door was broken. Bit of a walk from town but quiet location.

I liked the comfy bed and how quiet it was
I booked the late check out and was supposed to sleep in till 2pm , a staff member started knocking the room at 10am trying to get in the room which I specifically booked the late check out , I had to tell her about my late check out she said that’s not possible because other guests was Ganna be there and I said no i literally booked it , and she said will speak to her boss then didn’t hear anything and didn’t get an apology, I felt anxious the rest of the time causing me to even leave around 12
