    I stayed for three nights. On the first night, I noticed that the rail of the blind curtain wasn’t working and the room was quite dusty. The staff were very responsive and friendly, and they arranged a new room for me the next day. I appreciated how helpful they were, and overall I found their service to be very good.

    The hotel is ideally located next to the central train station and is reasonably modern. The rooms are small and should be well appointed but the air conditioning was not working in the room at all, the unit made a terrible noise throughout the night and the TV did not work either. The staff did not seem surprised (or particularly apologetic) when I reported the issues and I was too tired to formally complain!
