Cardiff Guesthouse & On-Street Parking

Firstly, I didn’t receive any information before arriving at the property. After a 5-hour drive, if it wasn’t for another couple arriving at the same time and letting me into the building so I could see the WhatsApp emergency contact number, I would have had no way of accessing the property. The only contact information provided on the booking confirmation was an email address. I had clearly stated in my booking request that I required two single beds and that I was travelling with a 3-year-old child. We were placed in a downstairs room near the front door, which was disappointing. I then discovered that the bathroom was shared, which was not made clear during the booking process. Had this been clearly stated, I would not have chosen this accommodation. Lastly, the room smelt strongly of cannabis, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
