The staff was friendly and welcoming, but overall the stay was disappointing. The bedding felt scratchy and the mattress was quite firm, which made for a poor night of sleep. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay, and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel—there was no indication of the closure on the website when booking. Between the lack of rest and the unavailable amenities, the experience felt like a downgrade from what we expected.

Rooms felt outdated. Dirty windows. Bathrooms fan was like a jet engine and automatic so you could not turn it off. The walls was so thin I could here every word of the women next door having a teams meeting 5am but worst of all the pool was closed for renovation and they did not inform us before arrival and not during check in. With two kids and temperature in the mid 80’s. We have planed to stay 4 nights but we got an ok to shorten our stay to two nights but during check out the have suddenly changed their mind and could not find any documentation of such a agreement so I had to spend 20 minutes arguing to get my rights

Unfortunately, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were not functioning and unavailable for our stay. We came for a wedding a day earlier, hoping to relax at the pool and have lunch, which we discovered wasn't served by the restaurant at all. Bummer!

I overall really liked the property. I did feel a little unsafe realizing there were train tracks behind us but was just watchful at night. I was not aware about the very expensive parking cost of $35 per night. There is no breakfast included and because pets are allowed. It smelled very bad in the hallways. But the location was amazing. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind and the outside amenities were nice.

The view of the ocean was beautiful and the only negative was that the windows were dirty but that’s expected from the condensation from the ocean mist. It made it hard to see clearly but the view from outside was spectacular
