Would definitely return!

Very comfortable facility. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is great - short walk to the beach. Staff is very friendly. I had my dog and there is lots of grass around for quick and easy potty breaks. Also - there's a really nice full service gas station with great coffee just across the parking lot.

I wish the cookie and milk service was extended until 10 or 11 PM.

Seems like owners are not putting any capital back into the facility. Seems very outdated.

Train horns woke me up several times each night. Room decor and furniture are outdated. TV was not working when we arrived. Repaired after our second request but had to use 2 different remotes. Breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs were not hot so I did not eat them. Had to run a bagel thru toaster 3 times to get it even slightly brown. Need more fresh fruit. Just apples and bananas are enough of an offering. Property is not a good value!

Comfortable and surprisingly quiet.

Rather liked this one. Had a separate area with sofa and tv, food area with fridge and microwave. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice breakfast too. Staff friendly. Easy parking.

I was worried in advance that it would be noisy and we are light sleepers. However, despite proximity of freeway, we couldn't hear it. There was a little train noise but I am pretty sure they didn't beep overnight as I wasn't woken - so all good!

Trip to hell. Left after one night.

The jacuzzi but it worked intermittently. Pool was not heated. The bed was very high and I had to use a step stool and a very heavy chair to crawl into the bed. This hurt my knees. No staff welcomed us or smiled. The breakfast was terrible. Not real eggs (think it was colored tofu) and people didn’t like the breakfast. Very sub standard and charging for a resort fee was in my opinion fraudulent. Location poor. All flowers shown in photos were faux flowers . The bathroom super low toilet seat. This facility should be downgraded and inspected by booking.com and they told me not to use Booking.com to make reservations! Key card to room worked intermittently and WiFi was very poor. No service other than check-in. No help with baggage , no concierge, nothing but a depressing place.

Excellent hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in 2 months. We absolutely love this place. The king beds make staying at other hotels way less comfortable. My husbands LOVES the cookie hour. Very short drive to Legoland. Chick-fil-a just opened down the street. Close proximity to many restaurants and stores.

The first time we stayed the parking lot was under construction so it was a mess. (Fixed now) I do not have the best cell reception, especially in the parking garage. Being a dog friendly hotel, you do hear some dogs barking early in the morning, but with two small children, that isn't the worst thing to experience.

The Room was awesome! HUGE, and bed very comfortable There was a shower leak & one TV didn't work...We reported it, & a guy came, but couldn't help us.. So he said he'd send someone in the morning.. No one ever came. 😥 But we just watched TV in the sitting room ALL IN ALL THIS IS A VERY NICE HOTEL WITH A VERY NICE & CARING STAFF WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

We had a sheet stained with blood on our bed. We didn’t realize it til after we had laid in the bed, because it was around the foot of the bed. I addressed the issue with front desk. Front desk said they would contact the manager and then they would speak to me. I haven’t heard anything back.

I liked the location and the cookies and milk at night was a nice touch. The room were decent just a bit dirty.

There was a broken light fixture with exposed wires in our room which was dangerous. Our room only had a shower and no tub which would be nice to have been told at the beginning since we have kids. Our friends were not able to use their sofa bed cause linens were not changed.

Good but horrible staff.

I liked it but the faculty was horrendous. I left my child’s hydro flask in the room after checking out and called back 2 hours later, apparently they threw it away or never saw it. I’m not sure which one because they kept changing the story. Not once did they attempt to try to look for it and never apologized.
