Good Stay

Clean and updated rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great breakfast.

No smart TV so you can watch your own subscription channels but it’s not a big deal.

In general, we had a very nice stay.

Handicap room was spacious. The hotel always smelled fresh and nice. It’s in a very convenient location near lots of attractions. Parking was free. They did have a free breakfast – it changed every day and it was just basic. They gave you a free water bottle whenever you needed it and there was a little grocery Mart near the front desk where you could purchase items. Rates were reasonable. The rooms had refrigerator in microwave.

Something that was strange with the property as you had to request a room cleanup – they don’t do it automatically.

My overnight stay was great, aside from the poor customer service.

Great location, clean with plenty of amenities and nearby restaurants.

The restroom in my room did not work, the staff member said a vendor would work on it the following day. No attempt to make the situation better and no attempt to apologize in the morning for the inconvenience.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Everything are very old and outdated. The lamp on desk does not work. The duck tape is used on the hinger of the fridge. The carpet is dirty and stick. There are many blood stains on quilts, very disgusting!! The front desk said the company will refund one night charge but never do it. We E-mailed and called the manager several times, but never got any reply!

Overall we are not gonna book again this hotel. We only tried this hotel because it was one of legoland’s partner hotels

The only thing that i like is the front desk who work on evening shift. She is nice and accommodating. The rest are rude.

Dirty carpet and bed. My mother-inlaw got bedbites on the first night we stayed. The room is dirty and we found out that the hotel’s policy for room cleaning is to request it from them everytime our room needs to be cleaned. Rooms are outdated. Sink is broken with plumbing issues.

Location was good.

Morning breakfast service was bad. The line was terrible and when it comes to a service of stuff, they were pretty rude and unwillingness to help with anything.

Facilities are nice. The gym is great for a small on-the-road workout. The rooms are a little outdated but still clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area were well maintained, and the pool and Jacuzzi were clean with plenty of towels available.

Our room was a little outdated, but still comfortable. The staff overall was great, though I did have one issue. I asked housekeeping to return in 30 minutes to clean my room, but they never came back. When I followed up, I was told they were too busy with other rooms and could only provide towels. After a brief discussion, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager never called me directly, but did send someone to clean the room and make the bed, which I appreciated. Still, I was disappointed with the initial response — in the service industry, guests should never be told their room can’t be cleaned because it’s ‘too late’ or staff are ‘too busy

Great, Will Come Back!

Close to Legoland, restaurants and grocery stores. Very easy to find and lots of ample parking. Room was very spacious. Laundry facility is also available on the 3rd floor which is great for families with kids. Pool is heated.

Breakfast food is the same every morning, no variety but love the waffle station. Unfortunately, on our 3rd day there, the power broke where the waffle maker was hooked up and there was no backup. Took them over 24 hours to bring us new towels.

We were promised 2 queens , but lo behold- when we reached there , we were Told we will get a queen and a sofa bed. Have never has this experience before, and wonder if I can rely on Booking .com for getting what is promised here. To add for reference: I have booked international via this site and I got what was promised…but not for San Diego. Was disappointed…. Front desk lady offered and we too “ an upgrade “ but That was not what was promised . One is us had to sleep on the sofa bed and that is not what was promised Again : what I see here is what I will get or something totally different …

Lovely time. Clean hotel. Perfect for an overnight getaway.

We booked the hotel to stay overnight after seeing a show at the Moonlight Ampitheater and it was a great location for that. The room was much larger than expected with a living room area and pull-out couch. The microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker were all nice surprises in the room. Didn't have a chance to make it out to the pool, but enjoyed the gym. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but a good selection of snacks in the mini market in the lobby.

We were told there was a bar but it didn't open until 3:30pm so we didn't get to experience that, however, lots of great restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

I had booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, I was allocated a single bed room. The staff informed me that no rooms with two queen beds were available at that time. I requested a partial refund due to the downgrade, and they assured me that 50% of the booking amount would be refunded. However, I have not yet received the refund. Additionally, the room that was allocated was not clean.

Normal small signs of wear and slightly dated look with the yellow color schemes but incredibly comfortable experience. Cleanliness exceptional. Free breakfast with decent selection. Although Starbucks drinks are served, didn’t seem open in the mornings. Never utilized that service. Otherwise, small self pay convenience store was good for last minute purchases. I would stay again.

The part that I disliked the most was being next-door to another hotel guest with dogs. The dogs barked every time we came in and out of our room. They barked all night. CLEAN YOUR ROOMS

It was close to our family’s house

I have travelled all over the world And never run across a hotel that does not service their rooms nightly: APPARENTLY THE HOTEL DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM, but never told us that. After coming home late to a dirty room, we requested clean towels and that our room was cleaned the next day. This still did not happen and again came back to a dirty room. We again requested it be cleaned and they took all of the bedding from the sofa bed, which we initially had to ask for, as the room was not ready for our paid 3rd guest and request for a room with three beds. Last I was told I would be credited a night for the problems, when checking out they said they would not refund a night but give points? Where are the points?

I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The breakfast is superb and includes homemade eggs, baked potatoes, fresh fruits, juice, yogurt, coffee, and bagels. The staff is friendly and helpful.The outdoor pool is a year-round.

Terrible. Was in a room right above electrical generator that was so loud in in couldn’t sleep.

Room was good because I had had total knee replacement surgery. It has bars in the shower and where toilet was. Room was clean.

I was right above their generator? Or, whatever generated their electricity. When I tried to sleep, the noise was so loud, I couldn’t sleep. It was room 212. I told manager at 4:00 am because I went outside to see what was making the noise beneath me, and it said electrical. Went back in, told the manager I couldn’t sleep. She said, “We could move you to a new room”. I said, “I have to get up at 6:00 am, by the time I pack my stuff up and move, it will be 6:00 am. I said, “I want to be reimbursed for my stay. I didn’t sleep”. She said, “I can’t do that but I can offer you a free stay here for in the future”. I said, “Alright, that will have to do”. I gave her my email address, but have yet to see the free stay.

Pleasant

The employees were kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast, internet and parking were included in the room price what is great.

There is no electric car charging station in the hotel. We had to drive about 20 min to find a charging station that was working. There is no restaurant at the hotel or close by. It was awful specially to my young kids to go to bed without a meal after an international flight. That was the biggest disappoint of this hotel. The breakfast was ok for me but not so much for my vegetarian family.
