Good for a brief stay.

Spacious, quiet, great location.

Broken ice machines, in multiple areas, no ice. The listing isn’t very accurate in regard to getting around the area. No trolley as the seasons for availability are not listed. Walkway to LEGOLAND is also not very clear. I don’t like vacation club/timeshare promotions.

Clean apartment and hotel with great pool!

Hotel is excellent, apartment was clean and with lot of space. We loved kitchen. There's coffee maker but no coffee :/ it would be small addition for hotel but big for us, we would like to have coffee when we arrive to hotel.

it was loud sometimes because some rooms are near hallway. Also some trucks came at 6a and drove some cart like crazy.

Great place to stay for families.

Nice welcome entry that looks directly out at the pool. Pool areas were amazing. Pool towels were always filled and available. Bar/restaurant had decent food and if offered a nice place to sit. 2-bedroom unit was spacious for 6 people. You could spend a few days here without going anywhere, but it’s a good location, close to outlets and all San Diego has to offer.

Nothing to dislike, but it was a bummer our elevator was broken. Lugging luggage up with a bad back was difficult. Also, hot tub in the family pool area could be way hotter. It felt more like a bath than a hot tub.

The elevator was “Out of Service”. We have to carry all of our luggage, stroller and baby products to the 3rd floor. I would have appreciated an advance notice and when I asked to be transferred to the 1st floor, I was declined due to property being at full capacity. A HORRIBLE situation for my family.

The location was great, the kids enjoyed the amenities and the check in staff (Joy) was kind, informative and super help

Staff was helpful and informative. Also enjoyed the convenience to Legoland and children centered amenities.

Felt the 10am checkout was early given that we were having breakfast in the hotel. Unfortunately our food took a long time in getting to us and I had to ask the front desk if we could have a check out extension so that we could grab our things after we ate. I was given a 30 minute extension.

Fantastic for families and close for Legoland

I loved the proximity to Legoland and to Costco. It was a beautiful resort with so many things to do. I loved swimming in the quiet lap pool and playing with my kids in the kid pool. The room was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Would love to come stay again to enjoy more of the resort!

It was a bit loud later at night with the room facing the kid pool and youth were swimming later. But only for the front room with the window facing the pool.

Loved it!

The resort’s offering is perfect for a family with kids: Two separate pool areas. Activities on site. Bbq facilities. Included services such as a shuttle bus service to the nearby beaches and free rental of beach equipment. Our kids loved this resort!

Housekeeping services need to be organised on request. I would prefer a standard daily or bi-daily cleaning.

Room was large and comfortable. Nice kitchen space. Couch and bed were comfortable. Beautiful view of the Carlsbad Flower Fields.

Some construction going on while we there. Not noisy but a bit of an eye sore. We were notified prior to our arrival.

would be great if there was laundry in the units… a small washer/dryer stacked on top does not take that much room. it took me a long time to go back and forth just to do it one load of laundry.

We love the hotel, but wish all of the staff were as kind as Melorie was.

Melorie checked us in and she was amazing.

The rest of the staff were okay, but not as accommodating and helpful as Melorie was - the checkout process felt very rushed and staff seemed annoyed even though we were out by 10:30 - well before 11 am checkout. The clerk from the opposite desk for the other hotel was far more friendly on checkout morning. The game room coin machine was broken, which was a bummer with the weather not being conducive to swimming during our stay, and no staff nearby to maintenance.

Great!

Very very spacious. It's a home away from home. Both bedrooms and living room has TVs and there is a full kitchen. Also, love the dining table, very cozy to work. The whole spaces are Super clean. Great location. So much closer to Legoland than I expected and there is a great brewing restaurant closely. Wish I have stayed here at the very beginning instead of legoland's castle hotel.
