It was amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I love how close it is to the beach, hearing the sounds of waves was amazing. Super close to the Main Street. It was quiet and very clean. Literally, the absolute best place for vacation. The front lady, I wish I got her name, was very kind. I believe I talked to two separate ladies, and they were both able to accommodate me for my stay.

Great central location a few steps from the beach and the shops and restaurants

The location, a few steps from the beach and the town with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Carlsbad had a lovely laid back atmosphere and the apartment was central. Tha apartment facilities with kitchen made for a very easy stay. The bed and room was comfortable and had been newly refurbished.

There is little to no space to set things. No counter space at all, and nothing in the shower to place your shampoo and soap. Other than that it was cozy.

Great for convenience but not great for relaxing.

The location is perfect. You are able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Being that parking is near impossible, especially on the weekends, this makes for a perfect location.

The noise from the other guest is horrible. We had people above us that were running and stomping all day into the night, sliding things across the floor, and what sounded like body slamming themselves onto the floor. They were shaking the fixtures and lights with how hard they were stomping. If you are coming here to relax in your room I do not recommend staying here. There is also only one parking spot which is a little inconvenient if you have more than one vehicle. The last night we were there the wifi cut out in the middle of the movie that we were watching which was also a little annoying.

Pet policy changes over the years. We used to bring our service animal with no issues previously. The day before our trip, I received a call while at work in speaker questioning intentions and warning of rules.

Beachwalk villas is amazing!

The property was gorgeous and had amazing views of the ocean. The pool was nice and quiet and relaxing. Its location was walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Excellent and convenient location with basics provided inside. We had a good visit but provisions inside were just basic

Location was awesome and could NOT have been more convenient! That was our reason for booking.

As far as equipping the Villa inside, everything was just minimal. There were so many things that could have been done to make it more inviting like providing a more comfortable bed to more in the kitchen. It was a “beach” location and not even a beach chair, umbrella or beach towel was available for use.

Everything was very good u til our sink clogged up with an accumulation of sand (from what the Plummer said) .. then it couldn’t be fixed by him so they were gona call another guy and it just became too much of a hassle , so I left early

Beautiful suite right on the beach with parking spot

Stayed in Villa 9 in late January, the groundfloor suite next to the pool. Each unit has its own parking spot right next to the building. Loved the location - right across from the beach & walkable to Carlsbad, sunset visible from the suite. Walked to coffee shops for breakfast. Felt safe getting back alone at 3am, the streets were empty, just a few cars hanging out at the beach parking lot but no camper vans and no weird energy or noise. Huge fridge & lovely kitchenette. Security cameras overlooking pool & suite entrance.

- Kuerig pod coffee maker only, would be nice to offer a french press or drip device & filters - Hairdryer is a really small travel size one, kinda dried my hair out, recommend bringing a serum to protect the hair if you want to use it - Safe in the closet was out of order

Wonderful location and a very cute property! Parking was a nice bonus and the common areas were very clean and enjoyable.

Didn't realize the property didn't have a/c, wasn't a big deal due to it being winter but it was still a bit on the warm side.

Great location HORRIBLE STAFF and CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location was amazing (That's IT)

First, we couldn't get a hold of them for a solid week before check-in, then when we arrived we were told they would provide us with a packing play but no one was working. The front desk on a Tuesday and no pack and play was put into our room so we had to go out and purchase one, which put a damper in our day. Clear water damage and appear to be mold clean up in the bathroom on the ceiling, cracked glass closet door. Then our second day there they had a electrician schedule to fix a and I quote "sparking outlet for the microwave" why would you rent a unit with a potential fire hazard to a family with three small children? and they knew about it! We had to leave our unit and disrupting our children's nap time. Keep in mind this is an infant and a young toddler while they fix the outlet after I told them they had to wait until we left. When talking to the property manager they told me that they were considering this an emergency situation to which I replied. Then why did you rent us the unit if you knew about it. They then said it wasn't a big deal and the guy was out fast enough. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. If you pay attention to the negative comments on this place, you will see a lot of the same. Poor communication and not good customer service. Of course the location is fantastic but I would never stay here again unless it was run by a different property company. All of this said and done. They said that they would reimburse us for one day and the pack and play that would come out to $250. When it was all said and done. They reimbursed us $200 and then ignored all my messages. They refused to pay for the full amount.

Cosy place with a nice atmosphere. Kitchen included everything needed. Superb location right by the beach. Good bed.

Safe was broken, the bathroom door had no handle inside. In general this apartment could use a fresh layer of paint and having some basic maintenance done. The cleaning staff left the gate open constantly.

Great vacation location by the water, a lot of space, could see also dolphins from the balcony

Great location by the ocean. We had a big balcony and wonderful view on the ocean and sunset, we saw the dolphins and surfers also from the balcony. We had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with all necessary equipment. Carlsbad city is walking distance. Very good Carlsbad Premium Outlets in close driving distance. Parking place for the car. Laundry washing and drying possibility on the property. Good location between San Diego and Los Angeles. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed at Villa 8!

It was close to everything. Well maintained and in front of the beach.

I wish you offered more coffee pods. There was zero sugar or creamer for the coffee. That sucked.
