Awesome Stay! Great location.

Customer service excellent and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Brandon at front desk and both women at the concierge were fantastic! The location was close to Carlsbad village for restaurants and bars/nightlife. The pool area was clean and children friendly for families. But also as a single traveler it was not obnoxiously crowded with children screaming. There were 2 separate pool areas by The Cove. Small bar with quick food service was nice.

We had an amazing stay. It's literally next door to Legoland which was perfect. The rooms amazing, comfortable, very clean. Nice staff ,nice guest . I will be coming back

No jacuzzi “appointments” available and upon check in the front desk agent said it wouldn’t be busy during my stay. He shouldn’t be telling people that. So many other hotels jacuzzis are open at your own risk ….. this hotels jacuzzis are so big to have one person/family in at a time is absurd for such a big resort. The room was mediocre nothing to special about it, bit dated. Front desk staff were underwhelming.

A quick stay. Regardless of the staff issues, we'll still go back. The property is lovely.

We did not eat at the facility. The waiter service was slow. We sat at a table and finally had to go to the bar and get our own drinks.

We were charged an extra $25.00 for parking. There is no other parking within miles. This should have been part of the rook charge. Just felt like we were nickled and dimed. Our card did not work the door lock. A service tech came and tried. His card didn't work. He was very polite and got us in. He came back with an associate and repaired the door hardware. 30 minutes after we were in our room, a young couple walked in. They had been given the same room. We were moved. The hotel gave us a $50.00 food and beverage credit. The staff had no clue as to wear the ice machines were.

I like the pools and villas. I really like the back entrance to legoland, it makes it soo convient for the kids

The fitness center doesn’t open until 8 am. When you have kids it’s always better to work out before the kids wake up to start the day
