Out dated facilities , pool and gym out of order. Close to train track so it was loud, could not sleep. Air conditioning and heating worked. Quite guests. Location near beach.

There tv remote doesn’t work. The air condition system doesn’t change settings. I asked them to fix it or change a room and they said that they are only in one setting because so many other people would mess with the settings. Well that’s the whole point right? Everyone adjusts it to their own personal comfort. Only good thing about this place is the location to LEGOLAND. That’s it

Kitchenette out of order. Electrical in kitchenette not working. Towels given were small, thin and stained. Itchy from bedding. Woke up with bug bites and itch welts all over body. Washers in laundry room Out of Order. Front desk unaware and unable to redirect guest to nearest facility. Bed pillows were so worn that they were made into square and still placed on bed. Asked for pillows from front desk and she claimed that she didn't have any to replace. Just awful.

Place needs to be fumigated they have a severe cockroach issue. Pool and Jacuzzi hasn't operated in more then three years.
