The fridge was large for a hotel room fridge; there was a microwave as a bonus. There were lots of sockets.
Tiny, thin, low-quality towels; a mix-up about communication which meant that our room wasn't serviced, and all hard-surface floor (no rugging or carpeting). Also, no hair dryer or coffee facilities in the room.

It’s close to everything! It’s easy to get on and off the 5 there and it’s actually a pretty quiet location. Also the people there…Leticia at the front desk was lovely and friendly, the housekeeping staff always said hello and smiled.
The trash cans in the property need to be updated.

We liked the location, close to Carlsbad Village, beach, highway 5, the area seemed safe and quiet.
The website hotel advertises that there is free coffee at the reception, that was not true, nothing was there, also hotel was closed the first night. It will be nice if the room had a small coffee machine.
