Lovely property, friendly and helpful staff, good location and sparkling clean rooms.

Friendly, helpful staff — especially Jasmin and Nestor. Nicely appointed rooms, always very clean. The mattress, bed linens and pillows were of great quality, a nice robe also. I had room #1 located at the back of the hotel on the first floor and it was very quiet, no street noise, very little lobby noise. Breakfast was good, it could be taken in room or on the roof top terrace. The driver/car service was an unexpected bonus.

Not a dislike — but a comment for improvement. Although the food was very good, getting the correct order for food was a challenge. I asked in English, pointed to the menu item when in person, and even texted my order in Spanish to the front desk and it was never correct. My order was either missing something, received something I did not order, and even one time completely wrong (enchiladas when I ordered tacos). I only mentioned it once as it generally seemed an unnecessary hassle to correct and the given food was sufficient. Maybe a paper menu that one could check the desired items would be helpful?

Clean and comfortable central location

Really clean and a comfy bed. Amazing bar staff, Felix gave us a mescal tasting and was really knowledgable, so we didn’t need to even do a tour. Helpful transfer service.

Teas and coffees weren’t very good, but you can make good coffee in the rooms. Also our room didn’t have any windows, but it was still very nice.

Disappointing - not a luxury boutique hotel and way over priced.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower.

Loud music by staff; dark rooms could use more light, average food, tv viewing options poor unless you had a personal subscription; no live tv.

Could not have been better- great staff and great location- really felt like a home away from home!

Superb staff- helpful, friendly and outgoing to make our stay special in every way- offers, Suggestions, coordinating drivers, tours, excursions etc. Always available with a smile to support! Rooms are modern, well appointed, perfectly clean and newly furnished and the hotel is in a perfect location just blocks from all the sites and wonderful Oaxacan restaurants.

Oaxaca oasis

The hotel staff is very attentive and genteel. Most do not speak English clearly, but make an effort to please. It’s close to some good restaurants and easy to walk into Centro. Breakfast is generous but coffee is not very good. They have drivers available when needed.

If you plan to use Nespresso machines in room, bring your own capsules. They are rather stingy and don’t carry enough.

Wonderful

me and my friend had a great time and the hotel was wonderful : the location was super central and the saff went out of their way to be helpful. The interior aesthetic was stunning

the drilling and banging started before 7am and continued for hours : we discovered this was from the property next door but it went on for the time we were there : they did offer to move us but as only there for another day and had unpacked decided to bear with it The staff were very apologetic and there was nothing they could do: to be honest I was up anyway, but if this was a romantic break or if you like a long-lie then may want to check with the staff that the work has been completed

Nice place a bit away from main attractions

The hotel was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit outside of the main area with attractions in a part of town with crumbling buildings. To make up for distance disadvantage, the hotel offered free taxi within a certain radius. We never used the service as it appeared cumbersome to arrange. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast apart from the thin coffee was great. The room was quiet but small.

Home Away from Home in Oaxaca

Beautiful property. Excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Hotel felt very much like a home away from home. I loved have the beds turned down at night with little treats and the TV set to a nature channel to help relax. Also loved they didn’t use any plastic and provided high quality glass water bottles that you could refill in the lobby.

We enjoyed all elements of our stay, but the staff was beyond exceptional! They took care of us like family! Even bought me a birthday cake and sang for me.

There is nothing to dislike about this property, but a swimming pool would’ve been nice on hot afternoons.

It was angelic. Well situated, the staff were so professional and helpful. Really recommend it.

The whole hotel was great, so welcoming and always went out of their way to assist us. Helped with tour guides and ensured we were well managed. Breakfast was great and even accommodated different requests

Hotel muy bonito y muy bien ubicado

El personal la ubicación y los acabados de la habitación y del hotel en general. Esta muy bonito. . La terraza donde se desayuna está muy agradable

La habitación donde me aloje estaba en la planta baja con lo que oían los ruidos de la recepción y de la calle a pesar de tener cristal doble. Entiendo que esto no se puede evitar pero hace que la estancia sea menos cómoda. Los empleados muy amables vieron la posibilidad de cambiar la habitación pero debido a las fechas no había disponibilidad.
