Central location, sweet staff, good amenities

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and sweet. They have a roof top bar too. Would stay again!

The only downside to this property is the road noise. It's in a busy part of the city. However, it was fine for us, the provide ear plugs and we brought a noise machine.

Things are just off. Water pressure was weak. Shower did not have hot water. Shared with staff they said it was fine. We had two rooms and 1/2 the party had to come to the other room to shower

Great location and staff

Excellent staff - extremely helpful starting before arrival they reached out to ensure everything would be to our liking, super welcoming with arrival gifts, drinks, 24/7 fresh pastries from Boulenc, great breakfast and super convenient location

Was very noisy - on a busy street they provided ear plugs but ideally I don’t have to wear earplugs to bed at a nice hotel

Friendly staff and comfortable bed but very basic, making it overpriced. Not really a luxury stay.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location, and lovely complimentary welcome drink and pastries.

The deluxe king room did not feel very deluxe. Overall, the property didn't measure up to how it looked online. There were no bedside tables or lamps in the room which meant pitch dark or bright overhead lights. No towel racks either and very limited outlets for charging electronics. I would've preferred fewer "extras"—like drinks and pastries—for a higher caliber of room for the $$$ cost.

It was delightful!

The location was convenient and the staff were very kind and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I loved the vibe of the place - especially the extra details like the drinks & snacks in the rooms, the nice soap, and the aesthetic. The breakfast was yummy and the staff goes above and beyond to help their guests.

I wish they had a pool! My jacuzzi wasn’t heated and that would have been nice, but I think it was broken.

Exquisite hotel in the heart of Oaxaca City

Becino is an absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Oaxaca. The rooms are stunningly designed and decorated with great attention to detail. They are spotlessly clean, have incredibly comfortable beds, and offer all the amenities you could wish for. The common areas are very inviting, and the breakfast is really good. Finally, the location could not be better, right in the centre of Oaxaca.

During our stay, on one of the three days we did not have warm water. Also, it can be a bit noisy in the room at times, which is probably unavoidable given that the hotel is located right in the centre.

The staff is friendly and helpful and make you feel special. We would definitely stay here there again.

The location is close to the zocalo, Santa Domingo and many restaurants and shops. It’s associated with the bakery Boulenc across the street which has delicious pastries.

It could use a couple hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. Not a big deal but something to hang the towels.

Go ahead

The best in the city. Book without hesitation. If I will come back to Oaxaca it will be my first choice. Also they own the restaurant across the street it’s the best restaurant in the city and they will help with booking arrangements and give you priority because it’s always full and waiting list.

I booked at the time of the “day of the dead” festival and the city was loudly celebrating so it was a bit noisy. But it is manageable as I’m very light sleeper and I slept fine with the eir plugs.

Lovely boutique hotel with personal service

Exceptional service! The staff had excellent recommendations, responded quickly to any requests, and were very kind. The breakfast was amazing, as was general vibe. The hotel is definitely boutique...intimate and personal, with lovely decor that combined modern style with more rustic accents. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing, everything worked great, and it was the nicest bed I've slept in for a long time. Even though it's right downtown, the hotel was very chill and quiet. It felt extremely clean and safe. I loved having the bakery across the street. Highly recommend.

I loved everything so I have nothing negative to share! Go here! You will have an unforgettable experience in and out of the hotel! I speak English and Spanish and the languages blur sometimes for me, so I can't remember how easy it was to communicate in English. However, they seemed to cater to foreign travelers so I think any non-Spanish speakers will be fine.

Molt soroll del carrer, de dia i de nit. Molt fosc. No hi ha aacensor. No hi ha ganxos on penjar les tovalloles, no hi ha mirall gran a l’habitació, falta aillar la llum i el soroll de portes i finestres. Et regalen coctel, xocolata i mezcal, però de què serveix si és impossible descansar amb un mínim de silenci.

Hermosa arquitectura y servicio inigualable

Sinceramente lo que más nos gustó aparte de la instalaciones, fue la atención. Desde el momento en el que llegamos nos trataron de la mejor manera y a pesar de un pequeño percance al llegar a la ciudad, el equipo nos ayudó a solucionar todo. La bienvenida fue insuperable, una hermosa decoración y amenidades, así como detalles por nuestra luna de miel. Agradecemos el excelente trato por parte de José y Manuel durante toda nuestra estadía.
