    Like many other restaurants/shops/hotels in Oaxaca, Boulenc was very unassuming from the outside, but was a pleasant surprise on the inside. The hotel was a visual treat whilst meeting all the requirements for a comfortable stay: friendly and helpful staff, clean, well-appointed rooms, and within close proximity to the main attractions. We experienced how the management goes above and beyond when we unfortunately lost water for a few hours (due to a repair). They approached us while having breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, apologised for the inconvenience, and graciously settled our bill for us. Would certainly recommend this place!
