Great location! Nice space.

Kitchen well-equipped but small and uncomfortable. A pity the other kitchen spaces were not available to use. No floor towel for shower - making for a wet bathroom everytime, not ideal.

Fine if you want something cheap for a few days

The room was a decent size and the location was good.

We booked an en-suite but the shower and toilet didn’t work for the entire duration of the stay so we essentially had a shared bathroom room. None of the toilets were re stocked with toilet paper and the bins were overflowing. The kitchen had very few utensils.

The bed was nice, with a curtain, a lamp and a place to charge. I didn't have problems with hot water.

It it wasn't for some random guy, I wouldn't be let inside (I came around 10 pm, which they should have known because I had let them know, but I guess nobody paid attention). This random guest told me to choose a random bed, but 90% of them seemed used before. Also, I didn't have anything to cover myself with during the night and I was simply cold. There was no soap and everything seemed abandoned. I also never found the wi-fi password and there was no one to ask that late.

Severe lack of atmosphere and housekeeping

We were greeted in a strange and inhospitable way when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, even though we let them know beforehand that we would arrive earlier. The hostel itself is fine but there are way nicer places in Oaxaca, there is no atmosphere at all and the common areas are an odd bunch together. The one next to our room looked more like a business meeting room. During our whole stay of four days, the (shared) bathroom was never cleaned or new toilet paper was put there, nor was the bin emptied, which was a bit gross. The toilet didn't flush properly so it tended to leave a lot in the bowl. The towels we got were rough as sandpaper and full of stains, so we used our own. The kitchen is small but suffices for simple cooking. Overall, it wasn't the worst hostel we've stayed in, but you can find way nicer places for the same money.

The worst accommodation we had during our one month trip in Mexico.

The location is okay

Our room was dark, it had a window to another room instead of normal open view, because of that was very frowzily and hot. It wasn’t very clean, our towels were stained and after asking for new ones they were stained too. In the kitchen there was a cockroach. In the bathroom is a weird window (facing also the same room which bedroom) where one half is missing so basically there is no option to close it normally. In the last day there was a power cut, no electricity from 7pm till we left around 11am. Because of that the light, outlets and fan didn’t work, it was so hot and there was no air. We had to leave the main door open which was super uncomfortable. The staff doesn’t speak English, which is fine if they would try to communicate at all, but they didn’t. I didn’t find them very welcoming and helpful.

Do not stay here if you enjoy electricity or basic courtesy

There was no electricity to an entire floor, including many of the rooms. There was electricity in other parts of the property, and to other buildings on the street. They offered no warning. They offered no explanation. They offered no apology. They offered no refund or discount. They didn't even offer to move us to a different room, though we later found out there were available rooms with working electricity

Nice enough but far from the centre.

The girls that work here are very nice. I appreciated the filtered water and the map of the city. It's very clean.

The pillows were very flat. It's a long, hot walk to the centre. There are a lot of beds in a small space. Only a few people were staying there when I was there but if it was even 1/2 full you wouldn't have room to move without tripping over each other.

Loud and unsafe place, they charge for everything extra

Colourful house, nice decoration

The hostel room was basically the garage of a simple house packing 14 beds. Got charged an extra fee for paying with a credit card. The location although relatively central is not a nice area and Very loud. Not possible to lock or close the room, so basically all hostel guests can walk around the whole house and you get extra charged for renting a lock and even a towel. Do not recommend this place

First 3 Nights in Oaxaca.

The Staff are all super friendly and helpful. The mattress was very comfortable. Nice that they have drinking water available to top-up one's water bottle.

In the drom rooms, one only gets a sheet, no blankets. I was so cold the first night and asked for another sheet after much debating. Finally was given a second sheet. The Dorm room was right behind the reception area, so could hear the door bell ringing, people talking, going up the stairs etc. No sound proofing at all. No place to hang ones jackets or clothes , difficult to change after a shower.

Because of Dias de Muertos, it was difficult to book accommodation. Otherwise, I won’t stay here again.

People talk loudly in the public area after 11pm which should be reminded No access to the kitchen until 10am No Hot water for shower for several days, even after I told the staff to fix it.

De locatie is fantastisch, dichtbij alle markten en eetgelegenheden. En echt een heerlijk bed!

Prima verblijf

Accommodatie zit op 15-20 min loopafstand van het centrum. We sliepen boven aan de voorzijde van het gebouw. Dit is wel wat gehorig aan de weg. Er komen in de ochtend veel auto’s of zwaar verkeer langs. Boven één warme douche welke comfortabel was. De andere douche werkte niet (was koud). Bedden waren verder ook comfortabel. Voldoende opbergruimte op de kamer

Soms lieten andere gasten het niet hygiënisch achter. Zoals een verstopte gootsteen of vuile handdoeken in de badkamer. Ik had het idee dat dit ondanks de 24 uurs receptie onvoldoende gecheckt werd.

Faltaba limpieza en la regadera, baños y en la habitación. La hab daba a una ventana donde quedaba una luz prendida y molestaba un poco al dormir.

God beliggenhed. Gode senge. Udemærket service. Ligger meget centralt, og i gåafstand fra alt. Dejligt med mulighed for privatliv.

Støjende ved værelserne på underetagen. Koldt vand. Ikke så mange toiletter. Koldt om natten, men man har mulighed for at leje et tæppe. Dørene larmer ekstremt meget, så man vækker nemt de andre.

La ubicación es buena.

Totalmente inaceptable que se pague por una habitación con baño y ducha privada. En nuestro caso, el agua no funcionaba, estuvimos dos días completos sin agua, ya avisamos el primer día, nos tuvimos que ir sin ducharnos ni hacer uso. Y el segundo día exactamente lo mismo. Inaceptable.

L’hostel semble correct sur l’annonce, mais la réalité est très différente. Pour moi du pur mensonge. Le quartier est anxiogène, l’entrée se fait par un garage et le dortoir est situé presque dedans, avec une vingtaine de lits. Une odeur nauséabonde est présente en permanence. Seul un drap peut être prêté, la couette et la serviette sont en supplément. Et le personnel pas super aimable non plus. La fréquentation était majoritairement composée d’hommes âgés. En tant que femme voyageant seule, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Arrivée tard le soir, j’y ai passé une nuit mais j’ai quitté l’établissement dès le lendemain matin, malgré une nuit supplémentaire réservée.

Die Betten sind super, nichts zu bemängeln Es gibt genügend Klos. Ja die Duschen sind kalt, aber das fanden wir jetzt nicht dramatisch.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Terrassen besonders, gefühlt wird da nur der Müll geleert. Das Kissen meines Partners war ein Witz, das haben wir dann aber kurzerhand einfach selbst eingetauscht.

Las instalaciones son amplias, cuentan con terrazas, comedor, refrigerador, microondas, internet wi fi en toda los espacios, la zona es segura puedes dejar tu auto afuera de,las instalaciones, sin ningún inconveniente, la habitación es amplia, limpia, con bañó privado, la cama confortable, cuenta con pantalla, todos los servicios funcionales. La ubicación es privilegiada y llegas al centro en 5 minutos caminando. La relación costo - beneficio es excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente este espacio. Con gusto regresaré.
