I have a bad stay in this hotel no wifi in rooms tv no work door locked no open

The location was very good.

I don’t like the room not good shower not good. No wifi in room no single in tv. The door locked i stay 30 minutes until they send a person to open it.

location, price, they gave us the room before the check in and we leave the bags there after checkout

Not recommend if you want to stay for vacation but options where limited for the festival so room what I could

Very central located. The reception staff & cleaners were very helpful but don’t speak much English but got by with Google translate.

It was very run down, internet was terriable. No air con, no windows, very hot! The bathroom was small and everything is very old. Plug sockets were old style and had to ask for an adapter. I was only there for a few days for the day of the dead festival, and properties where expensive. wouldn’t have wanted to stay there otherwise!

Location, small balcony was nice, cleaning staff did a great job.

My room certainly did NOT look like the one in the above picture. Lack of electrical outlets, no mirror in bathroom, no shower curtain, my room was at the end of long hallway, very dark, needed my phone flashlight to see to unlock the door. Booking.com advertised free morning coffee in lobby...nope, I asked and was told "we don't have a restaurant " ??? Internet connection was weak at best, you cannot work digital from here...many times it wasn't just weak, it just wasn't.

Passable

Hotel is one block away from the Mercado 20 de Noviembre. While it's really close to downtown and the Zocalo, it's not in the best part of town. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very basic. TV, fan and internet were working fine.

The bathroom in our room was missing a ceiling cover that exposed cables and piping. I feared some animal was going to crawl through there and sneak into the room. Also, there seemed to be an intentional opening in the separation from the shower to the rest of the bathroom that would make a puddle everytime you took a shower. Lastly, while we were only there one night, we couldn't get the hot water going.

Right in the center. Basic but functional. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

You can hear very well everything that's going on in the hotel outside the room. But for one-two nights that wouldn't be a major issue.

Very clean.The location. The front desk team members are lovely people. Good vibes. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes one can hear the bar next door. That being said, I fell asleep within a few minutes. LOL... and never woke up till the next morning, so it is not that bad.

Great location for budget travel if you are planning on being out the entire day.

Great location that made it easy to walk to everything. Right in front of the mercado, which made shopping and eating easy. Very simple room that was only used to sleep and freshen up.

Beds are *very* hard and uncomfortable. In the morning there is a lot of light and noise that enters, after the first night I had to go find some ear plugs and sleep with an eye mask.

Great place, close to the action. Go mentally prepared for the budget.

The location is great, right downtown where all the action is. Small rooms, but it was ok because the purpose was to only sleep and freshen up.

The beds are VERY hard. Curtains did not keep out the early morning sunlight. Lots of street noise. Had to get ear plugs after the first night. WiFi signal is very weak, had to sit in reception to send messages.

Well located hotel with nice staff - room a bit quirky

The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the cathedral and has several shops and restaurants nearby, some close early, streetfood stalls are also very nice in this area and stay open later. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is very nice, with some tables and chairs and a decent view. Daily cleaning, towels, linnen and fresh drinking water provided.

The room itself seemed a bit of a project that developed over time: light switch not working here, light fixture painted over there. The bathroom has a good shower, but also a very low hanging concrete beam you might hit your head on. There is a mirror in the room, but it's on a random wall, not in the bathroom. It also lacks any storage space - there is no closet or something to put your clothes in etc, despite the room being big enough to fit some.

Staff was very nice! The room was cleaned every day, the whole hotel was really tidy!

A bit noisy because of the market in front but the vibe was nice.
