Absolutely loved there terrace! Great walk to anywhere in downtown Oaxaca!

The location! I have stayed here several times before and absolutely loved it! Staff is great as well and very accommodating! Omg and there is a Dominos next door that does delivery to your room! Absolutely recommend staying here do not hesitate and book with them please!

Nasty Grubby Uncomfortable Noisy

The location is convenient

The beds have no mattress just a hard base. Very uncomfortable. The bar opposite is really noisy ALL the time. The staff are sullen and you don't get a glance or nod...let alone a greeting. There is no lift so be ready to carry heavy luggage up stairs. There are much nicer places in the same block.

The location was great! Right across the street from the market and a central location for walking to main attractions.

Lots of traffic noice early in the morning due to central location. Beds are SUPER hard, no bounce or cushion to them at all. We had issues with having hot water, the shower curtains do not go all the way down to the bottom of the shower, so the water gets out and you have a super wet bathroom floor. No iron, hair dryer or coffee maker. The man working the counter on the Night Shift was a little rude when we would ask for help. You get no extra towels, even if you use them to dry the water coming out of the shower.

Great location, clean, cheap, no frills.

Pros: Location was brilliant! I was going to stay further out but with the heat etc. It really pays to be right in the center. The room was always cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No AC but big fan in room and the evenings are cooler anyway.

Cons: Hard bed and VERY low powered shower, but hot. What you would expect from that star hotel. Only thing I think the hotel could change for cheap is the pillows, very lumpy and old, please get new ones!

everything was Great about this hotel! we had 3 balconies in our room plus a kitchen.

Would stay again because of friendly staff but not because of the size of the room and restroom.

I liked how close it was to many locations. I liked the staff.

No elevators, only stairs and I didn’t like it due to having luggage and carrying it for two floors. I didn’t like not having drawers for clothes. I didn’t like the small shower/bathroom. I didn’t like no Air conditioning.

Good hotel for a local experience.

Good location to markets and places of interest. Also easy walk to more. The staff was very helpful. This is a local hotel, it doesn't have A/C but with the fan and opening the doors on the balcony it's comfortable.

Room wasn't as up to date as the photos.

If you do not speak/understand Spanish, then avoid it!

Only one staff there who did not understand English. In the morning, there is no water. Reserved a taxi at 5:45am but came at 5 pm. The lights on the hallway did not turn on so it was dark in the morning.

Los colchones son un tanto duros y me parecen viejos. el hotel no tiene estacionamiento ni convenio con alguno cerca y es un poco tedioso el estar buscando estacionamiento cerca y/o la pensión para dejarlo por la noche

Había visitado el hotel antes dos años antes y era petfrienly de hecho hasta me proporcionaron una cama para mi mascota y fueron muy amables, en esta ocasión fui con mi misma mascota y me llamaron para decir que no era petfrienly que fuera a otro lugar porque nunca lo habían sido y yo les dije que que mal que no recordaran lo bien que se habían portado la primera vez, tuve que buscar otra opción ese mísmo día

Que me llamaron para prohibirme la entrada con mi mascota, que ya no me hospedará ahi, cuando años antes no lo habían hecho asi
