The only good thing about this property is that it’s walking distance to the Zocalo
The property is run down, dirty. The bathroom is awful! You have to wear water shoes to shower. The property charged us about $100 more than the rate I booked with Booking.com

Close to the mercado 20 noviembre
This hotel is really bad. The real rooms do not look like the pictures on Booking. The rooms are very dirty with large stains on the walls. We didn't get sheets for the bed and after asking at the reception we finally got some sheets with stains and holes in them to use as blankets. There are windows from the room out to the general corridor that cannot be closed because the hinges are so rusted. This makes the room very noisy and also feels unsafe. When we asked about this, we only got some blankets to shove into the 10cm gap between the window and windowsill. A third of the door into the bathroom was missing. We were very scared of getting lice here. When trying to change our reservation to check out early, the staff were extremely unfriendly and made no effort to help whatsoever.

I left before breakfast. For the price it was excellent.
Hot water would have been nice. But, for the price it was excellent.

The only good about this hotel is the the location to the downtown area.
For starters, the room was the size of a closet. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or a toilet seat. While you taking a shower, the water was literally goings everywhere in the bathroom. They didn’t have an elevator and we were on the third floor with luggages.

Love that it was near everything in downtown specially the mercado 20 de noviembre to eat delicious típicas Oaxacan food. The bed was not comfortable at all but the place was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was decent. Water pressure was super low which was hard when flushed, took a shower with very little pressure, or the sink drain was very slow as well. Staff was very friendly. Wish it would have continental breakfast included.

Close to the center, and easy check in.
Beds are hard and the lighting is terrible with those horrible white lights.

Great location in Oaxaca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic and had an attached bathroom, fan, and TV.
No toilet seat on the toilet and the white sheets had stains. But overall, great experience for the price!

It was tidy and clean and had a nice warm shower.
Very basic, not super fancy but suited our needs, a little expensive.

good location
Dirty bed sheets with stains, little ventilation in the room so it began to smell damp after showers. A ridiculous amount of noise in the early morning, the hotel just allowed lots of children to play ball sports games in the corridor. There was a full on sports training session happening right outside our room. It woke us up and the hotel staff didn’t care. Absolutely awful.

it's close to center of the village and the market.
the room have no windows, and was small. we didn't have a good blanket. At 6am many kids were playing inside of the building, screaming and running, it was really anoying and we apologise at the reception personal. She didn't do anything. If I had to stay at Oaxaca de Juarez another nigth I would change the hotel.

not much. location was good, that was probably the only good thing.
you couldn’t darkn the room properly so it was super bright over the night, as well i could hear every single word lohd ang clear if the people outside like id sit next to them. the room seemed quite old and not comfy. super small..just enough space to walk around the bed. the staff was useless - I forgot several thongs of my baby in the bathroom bc I cleaned them and hang them there to try, i realized next day and went back there to pick it up. they just said no and didnt even ask other staff if anyone found anything and just didnt care about it at all.

The location is convenient. Towels and soaps available, WiFi worked well.
Feels more like a motel where couples go for a sweet time, for that purpose it's sufficient.
On booking the price was 350 with taxes, if you just walk in it's 470, so be careful and make reservation.
Filthy bed sheets. Awful noise in the morning. Mosquitoes

The bed was dirty - the sheet has holes in it and there was a big yellow stain, the bathroom door didn't fully close, there was no toilet seat, the window was also problematic

Good people working there

Cigarette holes in the sheets. Towels smellt really bad. Thin doors and walls, you could hear everything. This is more like a dingy place to meet someone, than actually sleeping. Stay far away from this place not worth the little money

It was a sort of close to the zocalo.
NO HOT WATER. They claim they pump hot water but it was just luke warm and I needed to shower at 5:00 am. The restroom was also filthy with hairs and dirt all over the floor. Also, located near a street with ladies of the night so area is a little sketch.

There's nothing to like about this hotel.
The rooms felt like prison cells, there was no hot water, the toilet didn't work, the bed was a thin lumpy mattress, the staff were unhelpful, the place was unhygienic

We did not leave because all the other hotels were full.
