Very dodgy host should not be renting this apartment out .

We didn’t even get to go into the property we had done a 4 hour drive and when we arrived I rang host but it just went into answering machine . We waited and kept ringing for about 45 minutes then we contacted booking.com . The host left a message saying there was a fault with apartment next door that had affected his . I don’t believe any of that and we had been in Newcastle for a hour and half before they told us that . The whole experience was shocking and I would advise anyone to not go near this appointment. The exterior of the apartment was just awful I’m totally shocked that booking . Com hasn’t read the views on this apartment and contacted the owner . I felt quite secure booking this apartment because it was on booking . Com but it has made me very cautious now . So think twice before anyone books this apartment the same thing could happen to you .

As described, brilliant price and great central location. Will use again.

Location for what we needed was perfect and plenty of easy instructions when we arrived to enter the apartment. Comfortable and spacious. Great for the price.

The door did not close unless you locked with the key but wasn’t a massive issue. One of the sofa beds back rest didn’t stay up but still plenty of seating area.

Lots of codes to reach the property (I know this isn’t in hosts control just a downside). Quite high security deposit (almost same price as the nights stay) which could have been better advertised as came as a surprise (no issue with paying but would have liked to have known in advance so could be made clearer).

Decent for a cheap stay on a lads trip to Geordieland. However, not probably the kind of place you’d take the Missus on

The location was incredibly convenient for easy access to the city centre bars. Overall, the price was fairly low for a weekend in a popular city and so that was fair.

The entrance to the property looked a bit ropey and the doors to the apartment itself looked damaged and unsecure. The block itself wasn’t very clean and there were large piles of mail in the hallway.

After waiting outside for almost two hours, I made the decision to find another apartment. All I can say is that their customer service is terrible and that they are crooks, so I don't recommend anyone else making reservations here.

God awful

Central location

DO NOT STAY HERE. Property is nothing like as advertised. No care, holes in doors, cigarette burns on furniture, freezer frozen solid, carpet coming up. Howt was unable to be contacted. Paid the £200 damage deposit and still awaiting it returned and host is STILL uncontactable. Absokute disgrace and should be removed from Booking.com

No welcome card/ instructions so didn't know where to find the extra beds/bedding or how to work the inflatable bed - which then deflated in the night! Also no details on how to access WiFi. Not enough crockery/ cutlery - only one bowl! General tired look of place/ General disrepair of apartment: bathroom door lock broken, shower head doesn't stay up, toilet seat wobbly and toilet doesn't flush easily, drawers rickety etc. Lack of basic items ie tea towel, brush, scissors, oven gloves. 7 of us staying but bedding only provided for 6.

Location was good

Described as exclusive however the lock on the door didn't always work. Bathroom was finished to a poor standered and the shower had a lot of black mold. Whole apparent was finished to a poor standard. Took us a half hour to reserve the code for the key box to get into the apartment, tried phoning the provided number with no success. I then had to chance up the staff to get my security deposit back. Over all bad value for money.
