Perfect property for big groups

Located 5-10 minutes away from Newcastle town central. Places to eat 5/10 minute walk away, ASDA close by for essentials. You can walk to the property within 20 minutes from Newcastle train station. Rooms were big and had plenty of towels and shower gel/soap. Big table In living room for our large group. Lots of reviews said this property was dirty but we didn’t see any signs of that at all.

Lovely stay but shame about no sleep with gate problem.

It was perfect for our stay. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything in a kitchen you need and nice big dining area with extra sink which was handy for sensory needs and extra cleanliness.

I didn’t sleep all night due to the gates making an awful annoying noise in back yard. I tried to shut it to stop it but it continued to make a terrible noise. Safety in the area with open gate.

Comfortable spacious accommodation for a group. A short taxi ride from the city centre. Quiet area.

Clean comfortable beds, plenty of space for our group. Having a shortage lounge area was great so that we could spend time together.

Some parts of the house need repair, maintenance or upgrade.

Staff were very helpful & nice to deal with. Beds & sheets were clean, plenty of space, house was warm.

Only one key for the property, Mattresses very basic, Area was less than desirable, House itself was mostly clean but could have been cleaner, One of the shower drains was clogged.

Showers were dirty and had hair in the shower tray and the water struggled to drain away. Kitchen utensils were all dirty. Beds had hair in the sheets. Stains in carpets and some of the floor downstairs near the toilet was unstable. Holes in walls where someone’s punched them perviously and not been repaired.

Pleasant Stay, Ideal Location, Could be cleaner rooms & items.

Location was ideal not to far from city centre, Lots of rooms for us all and space. Beds were decent to sleep in, comfort wise. Living room was nice. Large rooms for space wise.

Showers wasn't very clean or fragile bathrooms. Fragile chairs in dining room so didn't want to sit on them. Table was dodgy too. Out the back and front wasn't very clean. Kitchen wasn't the cleanest.

Valuable for money. The location is nice. The rooms were spacious.

There are some broken chairs. Things like milk, tea and coffee were not available. Toilet doors didn't have locks. There were a lot of rubbish items which were not cleaned from previous customers.

It was very spacious for big groups

Wasn’t too keen on the area . And there was a little bit of damage here and there off previous owners . The worst one was there was no key to the fire exit so against health and safety.

Passable

Didn't get to find out what I liked I paid the 160 then they wanted 200 deposit .whilst I was sat outside the house debating to pay the extra 200 when there was no notice of this until I had paid my 160 .there was loads of scruffy kids playing football outside .there ball blasted my about 8 times whilst I was sat in it debating wether to give them the extra 200 .this made my mind up so I tried to cancel the stay and they wanted 77 pound cancellation fee ...avoid the place at all costs

this place is a hellhole. Deceiving and robbing people who make the photos look better then they are ( tried to cancel and get refund due to none standard living conditions. This place needs removing off booking.com because it stinks is dirty and unsafe. Live electrical cables dangling from ceiling. Crow barred doorframes and doors. Mould and grease in kitchen and the fridge absolutely stinks. Please read this review and do yourself a favour.

Worst place ever - do not book

The property was absolutely filthy and totally uninhabitable. Do not waste a penny of your money as you will not be refunded, despite many efforts in trying to make contact with the host. Booking.com customer services also failed to contact the host on our behalf!!

Fridge/freezer was an absolute bacterial contaminated disgrace.

very dirty and unsafe area to stay

the property was a good size as we were travelling as a party of 17 so we were able to get into one accommodation

Biggest issue was there was rodents in the property!!!!! the house was very unclean, marks all over the walls, there was rubbish that must have been from previous guests not cleaned up. multiple items were broken which included a fold out bed, chairs and one of the toilets. there was also a broken window with the glass left and a complete Health and safety hazard.

Magic weekend

The property was ok for a group of lads. Location close enough to the centre and the stadium. Bed was comfortable.

No brewing facilities, tea, coffee etc. Like I say, ok for a group of lads, I wouldn’t take my family there. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. The key safe out side needs a light as it’s difficult to open it in the dark.

Spacious rooms

The Property was described with 3 bathrooms. But only one of them was suitable and the other one had no lock. Dining table and chairs look wonderful but you cannot sit on it. Most of the legs were broken. No WIFI in the property for the duration of our stay. In the kitchen, there was many used food and plates in the fridge and also there was plates in the dishwasher with fungus. Area is not that great either. There is no allocated car park space (6) as described. But there were free parking spaces. Very disappointing. I Wouldn't book this property again.

Amazing place to stay!

They were very welcoming, house was very clean facilities were everything needed very spacious and overall very happy with the stay for the price! We even lost a mobile at the property and they went out of there way to find the mobile and have it returned to us. Would deffo recommend
