Location was spot on for Newcastle. The apartment was lovely. Everything you need for a self catering stay. Quiet despite just being located off a busy road. Would go again
Tv didnt work properly but that wasnt a game changer as only there 2 nights.

The flat was very comfortable and in a great position. We loved how close we were to the city centre and how easy it was to walk/use pubic transport to move around.
A minor issue, but the TV remote control didn't work properly

The space was really big.
Firstly, the floor was very sticky and dirty. Secondly, the TV remote was not working properly. Thirdly, one of the coffee mugs was really dirty and had brown staines on it and it looked like it was there for a while. Lastly, the frying pan was really bad and cheap quality. I called customer service team to get all the issues fixed and they promised me that they will call me back and they did not call me back. Every time when I went into the apartment the lobby area smelled of cannabis.
