The location is beautiful with many grocery stores and Kamal Indian Restaurant, which is an upscale place.The walking distance to Eldon Square Mall takes about 25 minutes.Regarding the apartment... it needs rehabilitation and furniture attention. The bed chairs are old and the bathroom floor are broken. There are no mirrors except one small one in a high place.The kitchen has a washing machine that needs maintenance. There is no gas stove, only an old electric one.There is a new clothes dryer that works excellently.The living room needs complete refurnishing. There is a very old sofa that is not suitable for sitting, an old plastic table, and very old chairs that you're afraid to sit on.The owner is cooperative, although he told me the distance to the center is from 10-15 minutes, while in reality it takes about 25 minutes walking.
