It was quite cold because of the 3 massive windows in the living area. There were quite a few steps outside to get to the property. The beds were not that comfortable.

Ideal spot for our work stay

Great location for our work. Value for money. We experienced hot water problems, but the management looked into it straight away and offered alternative accommodation (which we declined)

No hot water, we were offered an alternative apartment, which we declined (we thought the original was nicer). The management looked to resolve the issue quickly for us, so a thumbs up for that!

Excellent location for shopping and restaurants/ bars. It was clean. The communication re. access was very good. The price is reasonable.

The third bed was a very low camp bed and it wasn't possible for an adult to sleep on. The sofa bed was used instead but also extremely uncomfortable.

Very basic property, close to the railway station

Location near the Railway station. Security Deposit repaid quickly.

Having to pay a security deposit of £250, when they flat had little of value, curtains/blinds that did not function, 3 levels of security code to access the building/property.

Awful stay!

Location.

Looks nothing like the pictures, is small and cramped, the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work and they’d replaced one of the beds with a camping bed and would not offer us any money off. The other beds were seriously uncomfortable and the kitchenware was awful. No teatowel, had to use my shower towel to cook and dry up. Some of the furniture had been replaced. Really tired, cramped and just vibeless. You didn’t want to hang out in there!

Amazing location, property and very helpful host

The property was lovely, clean tidy and spacious. The beds were comfy for a greats nights sleep.

The only issues I faced was simply locating the property however the host was super helpful with all of our questions and walked us through the process quickly resolving the problem.

Spacious and very well equipped. The apartment is bang in the middle of Newcastle and could not have been in any better location. If you are heading there for a clubbing weekend it would be ideal as also close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets. Plus it is literally 4 min walk to the train station.

Large bed in the room with two beds was very uncomfortable as the mattress was cheap and lumpy. The small bed in there was a lot better as was the double in the other room. We didn’t use the two double bed settees in the lounge to sleep on but they were comfy to sit on. The outer door to the complex does not have a soft closer on it and due to how busy the apartment block was, the door continually banged (very loudly) until 5am making for a very poor nights sleep which I guess is not an issue if you are until the early hours. The front of the apartment is on the street side so is quite noisy but the back rooms were quiet apart from the door banging and people chatting outside the windows.

Pleasant

Location is great, very central to shops, and centre and plenty of restaurants. Host was quick to respond to queries and to return damage deposit. Host helpful and supportive

Bed was not quite firm enough but I am pregnant so maybe just me! Feel the pictures made the apartment look bigger than it actually is not such an issue with a family. Needs a general bit of DIY to living room

it was very clean and i liver the lighting from the floor to ceiling windows.

we couldn’t seem to find the wifi on any devices, and the tv only had roku, which only worked when it was connected to the wifi, so we could not use the tv
