City West Apartments 3 bedroom large & modern Apartment

It was in a great location for where we needed - Newcastle University. It was clean and had all required facilities.

We were initially unable to gain access to the property - we had retrieved the key from the key safe but after unlocking the door we were unable to open the door. We called the owner/contact person who answered immediately and told us we needed to ‘shove’ the door - it required a very substantial shoulder to gain access. This was the same for every time we entered the property or opened the door from the inside - considerable force was required. The door needs attention - I hope it gets it very soon. Also worth noting - upon entrance through the front door you have to go up a flight of stairs to gain access to the accommodation. They are quite steep and very uneven - even our young twenty-something children commented that the stairs were quite dangerous. Definitely something to note and something to consider if booking for a group where older people are present - there was a handrail on one side. Then once in the accommodation, you have to go down 3 steps and up 3 steps to get from the bedrooms to the kitchen/lounge area and vice versa. Also worth noting that although the accommodation sleeps 9 ( there were enough beds for 9 people in the 3 bedrooms) there is only a tiny table for 2 people to sit and eat at. All of this we coped with as we were a group of 5 and stayed here to attend a Newcastle University Graduation. The property is located in the heart of a Muslim community, so if you do want to enjoy an alcoholic drink with your meal you will need to head into the city centre or similar.

Diverse winkels en eetgelegenheden binnen 500 meter Auto parkeren voor de deur. Je moet een beetje geluk hebben maar anders pak je een zijstraatje
