Fantastic overall

City centre apartment, nice and quiet and easy to access from the street. Rooms are lovely and spacious with all the needed facilities The host was super helpful and friendly, had an issue with shower/hot water which he sorted within a few hours of check in and provided a late check out for us to make up for the inconvenience without even being asked

Larger room that we had was a bit cold on the night, however the weather was particularly cold the weekend we stayed

Modern clean apartment in the heart of the city.

This is a very modern brand new conversion. Access to the building and the individual apartments is by key pad, which worked well. On one occasion when I thought the code was not working (I just wasn't pushing the door hard enough) the hosts answered my call immediately and were able to see I was attempting to access and provide reassurance. The apartment is brand new and furnished to a high standard. The bed is comfortable and everything worked well. The location is great - just a few minutes from the train station and the shops, although some of the nearby pubs got a bit rowdy late at night. Highly recommend the Vietnamese cafe across the street.

I was in the studio apartment - there was only one very small window above the kitchen sink and almost no natural light. There is no oven or hob in the kitchen, although there is a microwave and an air fryer, but it is clearly not expected you will do much cooking during your stay. Of course being in the centre of Newcastle, there are lots of restaurants to choose from. The shower was not great - only a dribble of water and the temperature was difficult to control.

It looks like we may have been the first ppl to stay in this apartment. Iron , kettle and hairdryer still had safety wires on them . Apartment itself was beautiful very modern and clean . Very comfy bed . Location it is right in the heart of the city . Everything u need from convenience stores to pubs and entertainment right on your door step . We felt safe as we had two security doors before getting to our appointment. Code for entry was sent to our portal just before arrival . Good communication with staff via calls and emails .

1. Window in kitchen area ( only window in apartment ) has a privacy film over it making the room very dark with no natural light . 2 our apartment number 5 was situated to the back of the property . During the day it’s very quiet. Unfortunately at night pubs and shops I am assuming emptying bins . Very loudly disturbing our sleep . 3. 4 apartment doors very close together . Someone chose to play very loud music on there return from a night out again disturbing our sleep . 4No wifi code in room on arrival we had to call and get this as we couldn’t get any WiFi in the room on entering . Maybe a WiFi code could be on display within true apartment . 5 We had to wash all dishes before leaving . This makes me wonder how clean plates and cups could be if not washed to a certain standard . 6 we had to take the our rubbish when leaving the apparent there is only a black bin half way down the street so if you have a lot of rubbing this could be a problem getting it in the bin .

Fantastic stay in the city centre

Loved everything about this apartment, clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The self check-in was quick and easy, and the host was very responsive. Felt completely at home and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Clayton Apartments in Newcastle. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to everything in the city centre yet peaceful at night. The self check-in process was smooth, and communication with the team was excellent throughout my stay. Having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to feel at home. I’d highly recommend Clayton Apartments to anyone visiting Newcastle, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Cosy & clean apartment in the perfect location - highly recommend, 5 * stay!

Had such a great time staying here! The location couldn’t be better - right in the city centre, just a short walk to the Quayside, shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The apartment was super clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the little touches (like complimentary tea and coffee, soft towels, and fast Wi-Fi) made it feel like a home away from home. Check-in was easy, and the host was lovely and quick to reply to any questions. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Newcastle!

Tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta belvárosi apartman szuper helyen.

2 éjszakát töltöttünk az apartmanban. 6 fő részére tökéletes választás volt. A szobák tágasak, a berendezés teljesen új, tökéletesen tiszták, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. Az apartman a városközpontban található, pár perc sétával minden elérhető volt: éttermek, kávézók, üzletek, főbb látnivalók, metró, vasútállomás. A kapcsolatfelvétel és a kommunikáció zökkenőmentes, a házigazda nagyon segítőkész volt. Köszönjük a kávé, tea stb. bekészítést!
