The requested guarantee is not a usual practice

Location, clean, comfortable, spacious apartment.

I extended my stay for 1 hour for 15 pounds on-line, got confirmation, left my stuff in and came back to collect it at 11.49 and go to the train station. The door did not open. My call was answered and the lady said that will resolve it. When I mentioned that I have to catch the train, I got a rude answer -"I told you we are dealing with it", in a very irritated voice. No call, no action. Then I saw a person waiting outside the building and thought he was one to help. Explained situation. He was not aware of anything (so no action taken by the company), but called the company himself and opened the door. We collected our stuff, but apartment was already cleaned and our pack with fruits was taken away. Later, Clayton explained the there was not a possibility to extend that is why door code was disabled. Bu why accepting my payment? If payment/extension not accepted we would've planned departure at 11 AM, thus avoiding embarrassment and stress missing the train. And, on a separate note - 1 H extension should not be charged, in my opinion. BT I still did not get any refund...

The property was in a very central location close to everything and it was spotlessly clean

Only downfalls was there was no lift

This was my second time staying here and I loved it. The flats are brand new, very well-equipped, and the location is exceptionally central and convenient.
