The property is well a equipped and in a good location in the center of town.

There was only one internal window located in the kitchen.

The apartment was brilliant, the location perfect.

We were on the third floor, there was a lot of stairs.

Great location in the centre of town. Very clean and comfy. Very convenient for amenities and excellent food options around. Great if you want newcastle literally on your doorstep.

Quite hot even with the window open, though it wasn't crazy hot outside, and glad we had the white noise as the street below is quite noisy at night with a couple of dodgy pubs nearby.

The property is in a really good location close to the city centre, many good places to eat and the Central Train Station. The self-check-in procedure is well-managed via a helpful online guide that holds all relevant information about the stay. The furniture in the studio is modern, tasteful and well-kept. It is clear a lot of thought and care has gone into planning the layout and furbishment and it was lovely to spend the night in the studio.

To be honest, I find it a bit daunting to pay a deposit of £150 remotely and it would have made me feel more secure if this was handled using a third-party payment gateway rather than by confiding my card details to the proprietary web app. I would have also appreciated a more upfront Privacy Notice on the website since it handles personal data such as the picture of your passport. The studio itself, I feel, is fine for a short stay such as mine but if we were to stay there longer, I would have definitely grown frustrated with the lack of natural light (there is an only window, in the kitchen, and it faces an alley). Another thing is the size of the bed which is probably typical for this price range but I don’t think two people can really sleep in it comfortably. Last but not least, it would have been nice if a complimentary offer of teas and coffee was in place for the first morning after arrival.
