Good value for money and central location , very clean .

Property has car parking under it and easy to find , great location and lady on reception very professional and helpful.

It was an unexpectedly large apartment with everything you’d want.

I had a very large apartment, that had virtually everything you’d want. It was well-appointed, warm (I was there in February) with little additional touches like tissues in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchenette, and coffee capsules and water in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard. The kitchen had more facilities than you’d expect. The TV was “smart” with all the apps I wanted. The reception staff were very friendly.

It’s a shame the front door isn’t worked through a code. I hate carrying a large key and fob around with me. The kitchen was very dark even with all the lights on.

The apartment was perfectly located for the venue we were attending, no noise from the streets could be heard either

Gr8 location, close to the cavern quarter but away from all noise in & around the cavern quarter.

The apartment was very low in the kitchen area, not enough utensils. Waste of space in the area where you walk in. Could put dressing table, seat & mirror or more hooks or wardrobe to hang our clothes as in the bedroom it only had hangers behind the door & not enough for all our clothes.

Lady in front desk was amazing she was extremely friendly and helpful ! The properly itself was exceptionally clean when we entered the apartment you can smell that it’s clean and has been properly cleaned that day . Location wise it’s right where you need it to be and the onsite parking is very secure .

Lovely clean flat in the perfect location, great for groups

Flat was lovely and clean, great facilities in the flat. Bed was lovely and comfy. Staff were lovely and attentive and even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco after chatting about family life.

The lift wasn’t working but we were mad aware of this beforehand and it wasn’t too much of an issue

It was a little noisy due to bring so central and we stayed on a saturday night. Our en suite bathroom smelled of stale smoke despite it being non smoking?? Difficult to get out of the car park, not sure if we should have had another code for exit but as nobody was around, my son had to jump over the wall and use the entry code to get us out!

Superb and comfortable stay

Loved everything. Met and exceeded my expectation. The apartment was very lovely and clean. Loved the coffee/ tea and snacks - nice touch.

Loved everything except for the bed in the en-suite room. Mattress sagging in the middle causing a bit of discomfort. That not withstanding I had a great stay. Will definitely be back 🙂

Comfortable flat in a convenient location

We booked a two bedroom flat which was very spatious and had two bathrooms. It made our stay easy as we are a family of four. The location is good as it is a 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. There is also a parking space which you can book at an extra charge which was very useful for us as we had a rental car. The staff at the reception were very friendly. The flat was value for money and was a nice place to come back to after a long day out. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the train station is not too far. We would certainly recommend it and we will happily return.

The lift was out of order. We were told well in advance and we asked for a flat in a lower floor so it was ok. It was a bit of a hike with the luggage from the parking in the basement but not a big problem. Also the second bedroom had a double bed which was not ideal for our two sons. I suppose we could have asked to change but we did not. Make sure you clearly ask for single beds. Also although it was a non smoking flat there was a lingering smell of smoke - perhaps from older days. But all this did not change our positive view.of the place.

A generously sized apartment, in a good location, but it was noisy in the weekend and the lift is not working at present

Location is great - close to the city centre. The apartment was a generous size, the washing machine a godsend, and the bed was comfortable.

The lift is not working at present - however, we were able to get assistance with our bags and the staff were very helpful in this front. The lighting in the kitchen area is totally inadequate, and one set of keys did not work. The building is looking a bit run down and tired and could use a refresh. The appliance manuals provided were out of date, so no help. The apartment is near a pub, and was noisy on the weekend.
