Communication re booking and access was excellent, clear and accurate. Staff were very helpful and excellent attitude - friendly and professional. Location really good Close to all amenities. Ease of access to and from underground parking too!

Spacious, clean, staff extremely helpful and a great location close to the theatre, restaurants and bars
The coffee machine leaked all over the top. Also some time in the night water leaked in the corridor and bits of roof ( plaster) on the floor and a lot of water

Excellent location, few min walk from station and walking distance to food joints, restaurants, shopping mall.
Very well equipped kitchen, loved good quantity of coffee and tea supply.
Spacious living +kitchen space, sufficient bedroom and good enough bathroom.
Certainly feel of home away from home.
Reception is not 24 hours but enough care is taken that guests do not have problem with it.
We checked out before reception opens, there was instruction to drop kees in box clearly marked.
They kept luggage as we arrived early and made our room ready before officoal check in time.
The lady at the reception was happy to help.
Nothing as such.
GPS took us to nearby location but just the next one, no trouble whatsoever.
