Instructions for entry to building complicated.Ended up being shown how to use keypad on right hand side of door,rather than left,by a resident who was entering building.This meant I didn't have to press the bell symbol.A dish towel would have been helpful

First of when we arrived we dint found key in the box and it was almost 6 pm . We contacted with thim they brig the key within one hour how ever this make me and my family disappointed since we came from long trip. How ever some kitchen appliances need to replacement.. wash machine in one apartment not working . Towel heater not working.. and the second apartment water was cold we tray to switch on the heater but i dont know what was the issue.. so at the end i think it need to be managed by some small things will make big difference. Like if they but more roll tissue instead of one!! And some hand soap and cleaning supplies and trash bag .. at leas basic cooking staff like backing paper.. foils.. salt .. black paper.. like what we found every properties.. hope my review we make different..

Lovely well equipped accommodation in a city centre location.

Location and parking were ideal and easy to find. Easy walk into town, supermarkets within a 5 min walk.

Bed was a bit too bouncy / springy- prefer a foam mattress for a better night's sleep. A bit noisy at night with people returning to the hotel opposite. Paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling- worse after using the shower.

Nice apartment lacking a few basics

Comfortable in a good location

Lacking glasses and plates, there was one glass tumbler and four wine glasses, one side plate. No frying pan. Kitchen utensils were very basic, no tongs. In the description it boasted having a dishwasher....it didn’t ! and no washing up liquid. Spots of mould on the bathroom tiles, could be removed with an appropriate cleaning aid. The key pad to get into the building was a joke, with most of the numbers/letters worn off. I could go on but what’s the point, won’t be staying there again.

Great Location but the apartment needs attention to some maintenance issues.

The location was very convenient and the availability of included parking was appreciated. In general the apartment was furnished well.

Access via a keypad was difficult as numerals/digits had been worn off the keypad so it was guess work on how to use. The apartment is part of a bloc permanently occupied by students....the lift was often blocked by people using it to move in/out of other apartments.....there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas. Some appliances in the apartment did not work....kitchen dishwasher and extractor fan in the en-suite did not work and light bulbs missing. We had a balcony on which sat ancient rusty and broken outdoor furniture that was unusable and filthy. The balcony also had cigarette butts scattered around.

During my stay a lady opened the flat door without my permission, very scary situation.! The checkout on the profile is at 11 but they warned me to leave at 10, 2early if u compare whit others houses.

Excellent central Newcastle apartment

Self check-in meant no hassles. Apartment had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds.

Not really a criticism of the apartment, but we had to vacate it by 10.00, but weren't getting a flight until 21.40 so had to sort out somewhere to store suitcases ( although we were offered to keep our bags in the apartment for a few extra hours). Just something to bear in mind for others who might have similar circumstances.

EXCELLENT!

The Manageress Vivian is Excellent! Very consensus and concise. Really nice to speak to. Her staff are impeccable. We where asked to phone 30 min before arrival. Len met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know. Len gave us a map of the city and gave us a fantastic in sight to Newcastle. We did not need to go to tourist information! The apartment is soo close to the city centre ,but quiet and away from any noise. The apartment has free parking in a car park 50 metres away so really easy. I parked in the wrong bay and got a parking ticket, but they sorted out all MY problems and they got the ticket cancelled.Thank You. I was working but my wife was on a "Jolly" we both had a fantastic time Day and Night in this lovely friendly lively city! Again Many thanks you Vivian, Len the lovely apartment with balcony and Newcastle!
