Modern 3 BRoom Quayside Apartment RIVER VIEWS

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable with ample bathroom facilities and hot water. Quite close to the city centre. The staff very very friendly and helpful.

Insufficient seating for our party of 5 - only 4 chairs provided at the table and no chairs in the bedrooms No plugs in the kitchen sink and both bathrooms. The bath was extremely slippery to the point of being dangerous - with no grab handles. Only one rubbish bin other than in the bathrooms. No clocks and only 2 bedside lights for 5 beds. No washing up bowl in the kitchen. The TV wifi reception was dreadful - viewing was interrupted every 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes after a few seconds. Some times the TV shut down completely. Parking was available but limited access at times. The location was on a busy road junction and very noisy, though we understand that this is not under your control.

Location, the communication ahead of arrival.

Place was a bit run down. Paint coming off walls, dishwasher didn't work, washing machine didn't work, and generally things weren't in a very good condition. Kind of sad since the place could be really cool, but I guess other people who are not very careful have slowly destroyed things.

Location. Cleanliness of apartment. Staff. Lovely and warm.

Kitchen was not adequately stocked.

The apartment was big enough for our group with ideal space in the lounge area and plenty of beds. It was fine for the amount of time we spent there and you get what you pay for.

The apartment was not clean at all we had to clean the surfaces and the dishes before using them, the taps were loose so we had to be really careful when using them as well. There was only a handful of towels when the apartment was booked for 7/8. We found a vape on the floor in the lounge area.
