Sam and Liz's house is simply fantastic! We stayed here over the Christmas period (two families of eight) and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and comfortable, the rooms spacious and welcoming, the attic is spacious and perfect for relaxing and playing together, the kitchen is large and fully equipped, and there's even a lovely internal garden, also well-appointed. All spaces and objects are extremely clean and functional. Excellent quality/price ratio. The location is perfect for visiting Newcastle (which is beautiful!); the city center is a pleasant 15-minute walk away or by public transport (the stop is very close to the house). The owners have impeccably furnished the house and were extremely kind and quick to respond to any questions about the area that we asked them via booking. Newcastle is also an excellent base for visiting other nearby and splendid cities like York and Edinburgh. What can I say, everything was perfect, top marks, highly recommended!!!

Property is really clean. The beds and sofas are insanely comfy.
It’s located within walking distance to the arena, and the city centre.
The rooms are all generously sized.
Perfect for a family stay away holiday.
The hosts are really welcoming and helpful.
