Everything was absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful property. Excellent value for money and the lay out was amazing. Will definitely e staying again

Nothing to dislike

Instructions were clear. Property was spacious. Management team was courteous. Public transport was very good. Deposit was returned promptly.

The building itself was rather odd. Several local taxi drivers said it was an old Jobcentre building. This would explain the layout. Subsequently, I suspect it was used as a residence for migrant workers and is only recently (or in process of changing to) holiday letting. This would explain the pre-check in requirement to provide my passport and verify myself - something I have never been asked to do before as a UK national booking a UK property. The furnishing was sparse. For two bedrooms, there was only a single bedlamp. There was no wardrobe or drawer space provided in one bedroom, and a simple hanger unit in the other. The toilet seat was loose and one of three dining chairs collapsed when sat on on the first day. When contacted about these issues, the management team said they would be addressed asap, but on check out several days later these were still pending. The property seemed to be still in process of decoration. One bedroom was a mezzanine affair above the kitchen and looking down on the living area. The walls protecting occupants from falling from the bedroom into the living area were solid, but only recently installed and just unpainted plywood. The rest of the apartment was basically a monotone blue/gray colour. In overall terms, the accommodation was somewhat bare-boned and austere in feel. Some splashes of colour, cushions and ambient lighting would make it feel more homely.
