A great location for the centre of Newcastle City and specifically the Christmas Markets.

The property was cold, we sat in the lounge with our coats on while we tried to heat it up. The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The dishwasher was full (it isn’t my job to clean/empty your dishwasher stuff). No welcome pack. The coffee left in the cupboard was solid and off. Other few random bits left in the cupboard. There was a second door to a fire escape at the back - the lock was broken on the outside so the flat was accessible - I thought a safety risk. We paid a lot to say and I thought the place was disappointing. Needs some attention and work.

Great location but parking a problem. Nice layout and comfortable

A personal thing, I don’t like to see items of grocery they haven’t used left behind. Better attention to the state of the utensils- cracked plate, dirty cutlery, random storage. We stripped the bed after use, the mattress cover was body fluid stained Awful access to car park

Brilliant location, near loads of amenities.

Fantastic location. Close to everything you need. it’s only about a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Plus, all the amenities of self catering. With Grainger Market literally a stone’s throw away.

No heat in the bedroom. So if the bedroom door is shut it got really cold in there. I applied this would only be an issue in the winter months.

We had a pleasant stay, but found the stairs and early check-out time challenging, especially for families with young children and elderly individuals. The room heaters could also be improved, especially for families with newborn babies. It would be helpful if the hotel offered assistance with luggage, more flexible check-out times, and better heating options

The lift broke down a few times which was an issue for me being 3 floors up.something to think about if you really cant manage stairs at all.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. We did not rent a car, you may need to sort out parking if you do, but a car isn't needed. Loads of taxis and access to Central Station and Metri.

This property is the absolute business. centrally located by the Monument, but beautifully quiet. The apartment is well laid out and decorated to a high spec. Well worth the money. this is the third time I have stayed here and absolutely love it.
