Was spacious, good value for money, not too far away from the centre, accommodates big groups well. Staff responded quickly to the issues and were nice. Overall happy with the stay.
Shower caused a leak in the kitchen ceiling, one of the bedroom door handles was just about broken off, no hand soap in either bathroom. Key box code was either incorrect or broken lock.

The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped – ideal for a group getaway. All of the rooms were a decent size, so no one got stuck with a box room or felt cramped, which was a big plus.
The communal areas were great for socialising, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal being close to the town centre and local amenities, but still in a quiet enough area that we didn’t have to worry about noise or disturbing anyone.
The host was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. No issues at all with the deposit. It was refunded more or less straight away after our stay, which was appreciated.
All in all, a solid choice for a stag do or any group trip. Would definitely recommend.
The Wi-Fi didn’t really reach the rooms upstairs with the property being over three floors. It would probably benefit from a booster. That said, it wasn’t a big issue for us as we just used our own data.

style of the rooms was nice.
the main thing that dissapointed us was that when we arrived we had to ring the number provided on the email 15 times to get the lock box code, when he finally answered the phone he was very abrupt and didn’t say much, when i asked for the lock box code to get into the house he replied “have you paid the deposit” which i don’t really think has anything to do with getting the code.
the beds were not presentable at all, with only 2 pillows on the double beds, the sheets and pillow cases were messy, wrinkled and stained.
the bathroom sink taps were both unclean and stained with toothpaste and water marks, the shower screens also hadn’t been cleaned and were stained.
the kitchen was unclean the oven door was stained and had something dripped down it that had been left, the kitchen sink was very dirty and they hadn’t provided a clean sponge it looked months old, the fridge was not clean.
there was multiple things that were damaged and broken, for example almost all the lamps in the bedrooms were ripped and had holes in, the wallpaper was ripped in multiple rooms, there was 2 glasses that were smashed and left in the cupboard in the kitchen, we were dissapointed to see damaged things as we paid a £250 deposit and were told we wouldn’t get this back if anything was damaged.
