Great for a place to crash after a night out!

The beds were super comfy.

On arrival there the place stunk of smoke. This lifted slightly after we opened the windows for a while, however we were quite cold while we did this.

Overall, good value and a comfortable stay, with just a few small areas that could make it even bett

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating — even went the extra mile by lending my daughter a bicycle, which was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, and all kitchen appliances, including the washer, worked well and were very useful during our stay.

The heating and insulation could be improved a little, as the radiator wasn’t very warm and one of the windows let in a slight draught. It would also be nice to have a few more utensils and bowls in the kitchen, as well as somewhere to hang washing — apart from the small bathroom radiator. The shower glass beside the bathtub was slightly high, so a bit of water tended to splash onto the floor.

Not bad, but expected more.

There was public parking on the street right at the property´s door. That was handy. There´s a supermarket close by. The apartment was not very family-friendly. There was a bed for the 6 of us (two double beds and one bunk), but there were only 4 chairs total (two in the kitchen and two in a bedroom), and they left only 4 towels. We had to move the table to sit on the sofa while having dinner. There were only 4 forks and knives. We messaged the host about needing more towels and forks. They answered that someone would come to bring some more, but no one did.

The location unfortunately that was about it the apartment wasn’t clean hairs in the bathroom sheets had marks on them and handles were missing from doors

Our stay was below average. The location of the apartment wasn’t the nicest of area however that is our fault for choosi

The shower was ok

Stick floors when arrived. Mould on windows and roof. Stains on bed sheets. Open food in cupboards in the kitchen. No hand soup to wash your hands with. Toilet seat wasn’t fully attached. Strange smells coming from kitchen drains. Lots of flies in the room.

This is a fraud booking apartment. We had booked it. Just before going here, they will tell you that there is no gas, no electricity, so you can book another hotel room. Then they will get us a room in some other local hotel room. This is their regular program.

It's nice apartment which I will always like to revisit again when I enter Newcastle.

We didn't have breakfast at the apartment. we came with our food to the location. But overall, it is a good apartment that I wouldn't mind revisiting whenever I return to Newcastle.

I like the apartment but there wasn't enough soap in the apartment, in kitchen and inside the bathroom. It could be an oversight but effort should be made to always put it place.

Nothing..this place was abomination. There was party's in the apartments above,then they started wrecking the place,arguing broke out and fighting started.

Superb

Well equipped, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The apartment owner even put drink in the fridge for us, for a very small fee, to help start our trip as well as a late checkout which was very much appreciated (and needed after a night on the Toon! ) We will deffo use them again

The smell of drugs is the first thing that hits you when you open the door. The toilet wasn't clean, the shower screen hadn't been cleaned and I had to buy fly spray for the lounge.

Dirty, disgusting, revolting place - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

absolutely nothing. the whole place was disgusting, dirty and uninhabitable

everything. I don’t even know how to cover it all. the mattresses were stained and had no padding on at all, completely unsuitable for sleeping on. the sheets were dirty and contained pubic hair. the walls had stains running down them. the kitchen had stains on the cupboards and a rusty dirty cooker top. the floor was so dirty my toddlers feet were black from being inside for 5 minutes. the location was terrible, one of the worst possible areas of town. parking almost none existent and I wouldn’t be surprised if the car and/or it’s contents were missing in the morning. the property manager/owner was rude and denied all knowledge of the place being revolting even when I sent pictures. we had to go and book somewhere else to stay. the travel lodge we ended up at was only £20 a night more than this place and included two clean en-suite rooms and breakfast for 5 people. I wouldn’t let a dog sleep there let alone a human being.
