Very good home from home

Great location for city break. Property has loads of room and was reasonably clean and equipped. Little bit updating could be done but overall, it suited our group perfectly. Would book again.

Property is an older terraced house so could benifit from a little tlc especially the floors. Which are a bit bumpy in places.

good location, nice big place BUT needs improvement

- close enough to the city centre to walk to within 30mins, but far enough away from all the noise - nice spacious house that could be made into an excellent accommodation - liked the fact there were large towels on each bed, and hand wash at all sinks. there was even washing up liquid and a tea towel - the mattresses on the beds were comfortable

- not very clean, there were bread rolls in the kitchen cupboard left over from the previous occupants, underneath the beds were thick dust and rubbish despite being able to clean under them with ease! - not enough sofas/comfortable seating for the amount of people able to sleep here, 1 armchair and 1 three seater sofa bed in the lounge for an 8 bed property is not enough - the shower scolds you when trying to take a shower and you can’t adjust the heat of it fully! the red button which you can usually push in on a shower temp control has been removed so you can only turn the temp very slightly - even though the mattress on the bed was comfortable, the beds are only really suited to children. they only have single beds in all rooms which you have to be very careful in, when trying to turn over, as the beds are all metal frames on hard floors they move around A LOT! and they are not very stable, two of the beds already looked dodgy with bent legs underneath them! luckily for us we didn’t need to use all the beds so could avoid using these. - hardly any coat hangers to hang clothes, maybe 2or3 in the whole house!

only thing I can knock about the place is the shower is roasting and can’t turn it down just a minor problem

great place and close enough to walk to centre. easy access and got what you need.

there was a bed for everyone. everything there that you need and close to the centre.

i feel there could have been more seating in living room where everyone could sit and relax together was Jaut one food out sofa and armchair considering the place sleeps 8 there is plenty of room in there for a corner sofa as well so everyone could sit and relax together. also seating in garden not comfortable Jaut wooden pallets made into benches and very low down.

The tv’s didn’t work properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Maybe another sofa in the living room instead of the stools.

Stay here, if you work in the area

We stayed here while working in the surroundings and really enjoyed our stay. The flat is spacious, clean, welcoming and with great internet connection, which helped all our livestreams and various work meetings. Beds were comfy and the hosts were really welcoming and helpful, recommended!!

good stay, flexible helpful staff, just a couple of changes to make it go from good to great.

convenience to the city centre and from the airport. access and space was great.

the shower temperature was too hot. if children had stayed we would not have been able to bathe them in that water and there were no other facilities. the temperature would not turn down on the shower. this should be looked at. more mugs and glasses should be provided for a house that caters to 8 people. and consider putting an extra sofa in the lounge as we could not all relax together with the stools.

Super easy self check in/check out. Spacious house with lots of bedrooms. Host was helpful prior to arrival answering any questions we had

Great location and house (with a few hiccups)

Spacious area big rooms, did exactly what we needed it to do. Living room TV worked to what we needed it to do. As there was 6 of us, I kindly requested another iron and board and this was provided without an issue. Location was great as it was not far from the centre at all. Plenty of keys provided for almost all of us.

Fridge and cooker were not clean, we had to clean it up ourselves so we could put all our drinks in there. Didn't use the glass cups or plates, just bought disposable ones due to hygiene. Lots of flies about on the first day but that went soon after.
