Good space and location
The location was amazing, a close walk to everything.
The kitchen is lacking some cooking items, such as chopping knife, not enough plates/bowl for 8 people. All the pots and pans were damaged and should be replaced.

Excellent location, comfortable flat. Would definitely stay again if I return to Newcastle.
Breakfast (not applicable). The location was excellent for our purpose. Close to Newcastle University halls of residence and the University itself. The location was also good for going out and about as it was near all bars and restaurants and shops. Was a comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath open plan kitchen/living room basement flat.
The bathroom heater in one of the bathrooms was 70% rusty! Some hooks behind the bathroom door or on the bathroom wall to hang your towels is a definite requirement. (there weren't any) Would have liked a vacuum. Not available at the flat. For a 12 day stay and a flat with carpets you really need one. The top of the fridge needed cleaning. Home owners newspaper and unopened letters and dust. The oven and the oven steel shelves could do with a better clean. A coffee table for the sitting area would be useful. A bit of noise from the flat above with people walking up and down their flat but nothing too disturbing.
