Excellent stay – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was well equipped, with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We didn't stay!

Definitely not worth the money! Its advertised as a luxury accommodation with hot tub. It was actually a semi-detached house on a housing estate with building work going on next door and Definitely not next to the airport, they wanted an extra £100 to use the hot tub and a £300 deposit on top of the £190 we had just paid. We were only going to be in the accommodation for about10 hours at most because we had an early morning flight to catch.

Fantastic house for a fantastic weekend

It was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was one of our highlights.

Not so much dislike, but we had no heating /hot water on our first day. I called the landlord and someone was sent out within 10 minutes. Incredible service!

The stay was great and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed Newcastle and the stay at this property. The house was comfortabl

- positive: size and distribution of the bedrooms, nice hot tub and outside area, well equipped (had enough cutlery plates…) enough parking in the street. The owner was always available as well the property manager was just a call away. Communication with the host was great.

- ⁠negatives: property could do with an additional bathroom or toilet. The bbq wasn’t really in good shape! No grill to put the meat on and not big enough to put all food for 10 people (but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us)

Comfortable sofa and beds. Lots of activities in house- pool, table tennis, magnetic darts....

If you're going to be cooking, take your own knives :). Some bed side lights would be a nice touch too.

Not worth the money.

Great potential but not amazing.

Very dirty, not cleaned at all had to contact property manager to replace kettle and to report the dirtiness of the property and even after the cleaners cleaning it wasn’t any better. there was a cigarette inside the toaster which nearly caught on fire when i tried to use it. On first arrival the shower on the ground floor was filled with urine and smelt terribly. There was lumps of dust coming out the radiators and there was thick dust behind every door. In the garden and by the hot tub was a littering of cigarette butts and i don’t smoke.

Perfect for what we needed, everyone very happy

We stayed at Numero Venti Aparthouse in Newcastle for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The setup of the house was perfect for a group, with large social spaces, a great hot tub, and fun extras like a pool/hockey table. We really appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks on arrival—it was a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, entry was simple, and the host’s communication was reliable and responsive throughout. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in Newcastle.

There isn’t much to not like about this property, it was exactly how it was described. Taxis or public transportation was easy and quick into the centre

It was very pleasant and we were able to enjoy my friends hen weekend despite the noise detector

The location was great. So close to the centre. Beds were very comfortable Internal decorations were lovely Hot tub was an added bonus Host was very attentive to messages and checking up on us

I feel this house is not appropriate for large groups which it is catered towards. There is a noise detector situated outside next to the hot tub which sends an alert to your phone when it detects you are too noisy. I got multiple alerts both nights we stayed. Their quiet time is 10pm till 7am but they had a hot tub outside, beer in the fridge and a karaoke machine in the house which I feel makes no sense. This added stress and worry as the host had sent me a very long/ scary set of rules before staying at the property which included possibly being removed from the property if the noise wasn’t resolved. We did not receive anything like this thankfully but if they want to be so strict on controlling the noise they shouldn’t host these large groups.

Clean, welcoming and well situated property with responsive and friendly hosts.

The property location is superb, the size of the property and the facilities available were excellent. There are two double beds and 5 single beds plus a day bed in the conservatory. The beds are comfortable and the bedding spotlessly clean. Pillows also comfortable. The view from the back of the property is beautiful and the location is on the edge of town but nice and quiet too. There are two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fact the property is dog friendly was a huge bonus and especially as there was no additional costs. The host was super responsive and the member of staff was on hand to show us around and welcome us.

The property is excellent and exactly what we needed, if I was being super picky I could say the decor was aging in some areas but it didn’t present with any issue and the place smelled and looked clean. To note, you will need to make a deposit before or upon arrival - which was refundable and was refunded super quickly upon departure. The hot tub is an additional cost, which we would have paid but we literally slept in the house and ate a meal so didn’t make use. It was so clean though and the garden is a nice welcoming space.

Definitely one to book!

Definitely worth booking for the hot tub alone. The property is located within a quiet residential area, and has ample on-street parking. It’s comfortable, spacious, and modern. It also has a very welcoming feel to it. The WiFi is fast and reliable which pleased the kids. There are plenty of local convenience stores should you wish to pop out for a packet of biscuits. The centre of Newcastle is less than 2 miles away and within easy reach, whether walking, driving, or catching the bus. It’s a fantastic property, and an easy 5 out 5 stars. We’ll definitely be looking to book it again for our future trips.

A wonderful home , with lots of personal touches from the host to make the stay feel special! Five stars!!

This was a lovely stay for our family of five. We wanted to stay in this area as we wanted to explore the various Indian and Arabian restaurants in this area and also be close to the beautiful city centre. The house was perfect for our family of five , with people from ages 4 to 80! The downstairs facilities were perfect for my parents and the bunk beds a huge hit with my little boys! The hosts had MULTIPLE wonderful touches around the house that make it very special .... fresh milk and juice in the fridge , crisps and chocolates on the kitchen counter in addition to the usual coffee counter fare. AND fresh fruits AND fresh flowers!! I have NEVER COME across such a generous host in all my years on booking.com! The hosts were very approachable , accessible and supportive! The house was comfortable and had evening we needed including parking. Five stars from us!

Warm, welcoming and comfortable - easy access to the City centre, beach and National Park

Very comfortable house, nice welcoming touches, like Milk in the fridge and some crips and cakes, just what was needed for weary travellers. There were 7 of us, and we had a lovely time. Easy to get a cab into the City, local shops if you needed anything. Kitchen was well equipped. Even though we were in the city it was a nice quiet location, oh and the view from the back garden was great. Hosts were approachable and helpful. I would stay again.

Possibly could have had a shower mat in the bath/shower upstairs.

Great house in a convenient location for getting into Newcastle centre

The extra facilities like the hot tub and games table were great to have. Everything in the house was clean and seemed new. The host was very responsive in the messaging before, during and after the stay. It was a great house for a family group like ours or for a group of friends, and really easy to catch a bus into Newcastle centre from the main road.
