Great facilities for a self catered family stay

Not the best

It was large and enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were a good size and clean .

Parking was an issue as although I can park on the street it is extremely busy and narrow. It felt slightly un loved and not the cleanest. It also lacked the correct amount of cutlery and plates etc for the amount of people it can cater for. Also the table in kitchen isn't that stable and only 4 chairs so for a group.of 6 it didn't work. Area itself is ok but at the back the door isn't that secure and rat droppings and traps in the back yard. There is also a large extractor fan which is right beside the window and goes on and off intermittently so we couldn't open the window and the rooms were boiling. Overall for the price it's ok and we were only there one night so it was fine but if I had to stay there longer I wouldn't have been that happy . So if you just want somewhere to sleep it's fine if your looking for more I wouldn't advise it especially with children.

What this appartment lacks of is attention to detail , cleanliness just a bit more needed.

Plenty of room and bed linnen /towels clean, large tv in livingroom Bathrooms and kitchen were nice , plenty shampoo, shower gel, cleaning products.

Needing tlc such as the pain work freshioned up , the front and back of the garden could do with a tidy up a bit. Need more dishes and mugs ,utensils as not enough to cater for the amount of guests . Could be cleaner .

Good but little things to improve

The property was in a good location. The only issues were the tables in the property had a couple of issues needed fixing. The lock itself was very awkward looking like it needed to come off that needed to be fixed. Also one tiles in the bathroom looked like it needed fixing. If those issues get sorted it would become exceptional. The car parking on the street can be very busy. It would be ideal if they could use the yard and turn it into a drive.

It is a big house that should be suitable for a family.

RATS!🐀 🐀 The house has rats in it. At 12.30am we found a large rat on the kitchen bench eating our loaf of bread. At 7am the following morning a rat ran out from under the bed and into the bedroom we had slept in. During the night we could hear the rats inside the walls! When we arrived at 5pm we couldn’t go inside as the floors were soaking wet from being mopped. They have bought the cheapest mattresses that they could find for all the beds. They give no support and you can feel the base of the bed through the mattress. The house is not near the centre of town so don’t believe the description. When we complained about the RATS 🐀 the owners/managers offered us a 40% discount on our next booking. We told them we would never be back and we suggested they give us a partial refund. They did not, and two weeks later, have still not replied to this request which is very disappointing.

Very disappointing, Would not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. it is over rated.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Part of the Tea bags box was eaten by the mice/rats overnight. Sofas in the lounge was dirty and smelly and seems like the strings is unable to support anyones weight. I.e. when sit on the sofa, the person just sink in. TV was not working and could not view the local channels. there were spider webs everywhere, some were hanging down from the ceiling/lightings.

Had a clothes washer but no dryer. The street is a pain to drive and park on. Not enough silverware / utensils for large group.
